I seriously need a refund or a discount. It took 2 hours to check in due to the poor communication between the property management and the entity who runs the hotel operations. It's totally not worth the money. The worst thing is that nobody officially apologised about the situation up until now. My request has been ignored all along.
Never recommend to anyone and I seriously think hotels.com should be responsible for the service quality filtering and take down the listing of this property. The customer care agent wasn't helpful at all.
