The Space:
The villa is spacious, fresh and welcomes you clean and equipped for your comfort. It has:

-3 bedrooms with fan and air conditioning each.
-The master bedroom has Smart Tv and balcony.
-2 full bathrooms and half bathroom with towels, hygiene amenities, hair dryer and iron.
-Fully equipped kitchen to cook all your food and snacks.
-Living and dining room for 10 people.
-Covered terrace with outdoor dining and living room with pool view
-Breakfast room next to the pool
-Bbq grill
-Washer and dryer*

*Before using them, we kindly ask you to check your clothes for sand.

In the condo you can make use of amenities for the whole family, including a pool with lounge chairs and beautiful green areas.

Guest Access:
We can handle flexible check in/out times, but always subject to availability. You will be previously registered at the property, so in order for you to have access, we ask you to send us the requested information and share with us your approximate arrival time. Our staff will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and welcome you as you deserve :)

When you arrive at the entrance of the condominium you will have to indicate the address and show an official ID.

We have 1 parking space reserved for you. In case you need another place, you can park in the visitor's parking lot. Subject to availability.

The condominium where the property is located is secure and totally private (controlled access). It has 24hrs security.

The property is very well located. Multi Plaza Las Palmas is a 5 minute drive and La Isla Shopping Village a 8 minute drive, there you will find a variety of stores, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, banks, cinemas and more activities to do.

Just 6 minutes away you will find beaches like Revolcadero, La Torre and more.

The closest supermarket is 8 minutes away by car, you will also find a convenience store 4 minutes away.

Getting Around:
The drive from Acapulco International Airport to the property is approximately 12 minutes.

We recommend you arrive at the property by car. We suggest:
-Take a cab at the airport
-Use mobility apps
-Rent a car at one of the agencies upon landing.

Other Things to Note:
Our neighbors are very important to us, so we ask you to be very respectful and reduce noise between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Thank you very much for your support!
