NEW! Beach House Acajutla/Los Cobanos/Las Veraneras SV

Our beach house is located in Las Veraneras near Los Cobanos. You gain access

to the Las Veraneras Clubhouse with our membership. Approximately 2 kilometers

away is Los Cobanos Beach an area where you can you go fishing, whale watching

and snorkeling via local business who offer these services.







We are also very close to the famous Ruta de Las Flores, Cerro Verde and Lago

Quatepeque, it is a great location to use as a base to go enjoy the beauty of

our beaches, the beach house itself and go tour areas approximately an hour

and hour and a half away during your vacation.







Our beach house has a fully equipped kitchen, private and illuminated swimming

pool, a beautiful landscaped back yard with a couple of pergolas covered with

plants/vines which offer a very pleasant environment to sit back and relax. We

also have multiple coconut trees, different mango trees, banana plants and

during their season, you can enjoy all that local fruit.







Our swimming pool has 2 different depths a side for children , one for adults

all can enjoy the relaxing table with a beach umbrella to just simple sit

back relax and enjoy it. Our beach is a protected reefs area, the best time

to enjoy it is during low tides and currents.







We welcome up to two pets at no extra cost.







Ranchos AlMar, your perfect retreat. Designed for groups of 12 to 16 people,

these ranchos offer a fully equipped kitchen, a private pool, and a bright,

new building that guarantees comfort and style. In addition, enjoy exclusive

beach access via the clubhouse and a second private access point.







While you will feel that forest environment, where you can enjoy 2 beautiful

pergolas, we are a 5-minute walk from the beach. We have a Smart TV, Wi-Fi,

and cable TV.







The space



The house has 3 bed rooms, each has its own bathroom and AC.







It has a variation of night stand(s) and drawers chest/ or closet.



It has a social bathroom and dressing room.







The kitchen dining area and living room is a great open space with 3 large

ceiling fans, a Smart TV with cable and WIFI. The kitchen is equipped with all

basic cooking tools including a large pot for your family soups and of course,

it also has a BBQ area.







The outside area has additional outdoor dining table and seating area in

addition to 3 hammocks, the outside area also has 2 additional ceiling fans.

Guest access



Rancho AlMar del Bosque is located in the private residential area Las

Veraneras which has a 24/7 security.







To get in, we will need to send your guest list to the security gate for you

and your guests be allowed to get in. This we will do a couple of days prior

to your arrival.







Other things to note



Access to the beach, we have a private access where there is no limit on the

number of people that can come in, and you can bring your icebox to enjoy your

drinks.







We also have access through the Las Veraneras clubhouse, this is with our

membership, which the first 9 person and children 6 and under enter for free.

However, after the 10th person, the club will charge you $20 per person per

day; You do get a $10 consumable credit at the restaurant.







To the side of the clubhouse there is also a public access and on weekend,

there is a local restaurant which places tables they have available a full

menu, sell coktails and minutas, this access is free of charge as well since

it is the public side of the beach.







For an additional fee, you can have someone come in and cook for you at the

house.







Please know that we do not offer towels or shampoo. We do offer a rental

service for towels, $1.00 each if you need.







We offer one cleaning for every 7 days and at additional cost you may add

additional cleanings
