„Our host Gary was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a beautiful classic building. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely return!“

„Easy to find, centrally located and clean.“

„Die guten alten Zeiten lebrn in diesem historischen Hotel wieder auf. Wird mit Liebe (und Geld) zum Detail renoviert. Ausgezeichnetes Restaurant, der Manager kümmert sich persönlich um Gäste. Viele interessante Accessoires. Grosser Parkplatz, self-parking (kein Valet, wie in Beschreibung). Frühstück sehr, sehr einfach und beschreiden. Trotz Abzügen, vden Preis wert.“

„The loft was beautiful in terms of aesthetic but did have some problems with cleanliness, as the room had many flies upon entry and continued to have flies throughout the weekend. The tv in the room also did not work but thankfully there was a projector screen that did, there was also visible mold in the bathroom toilet. Lastly, the staff kindly left me and my friend complimentary bathrobes to be used, however 1 of the robes had mold spores on the sleeve (seen in the pictures attached) therefore ...

„Furchtbares Frühstück. Zimmer in mässigen Zustand. Dusch Vorhang zerrissen, Bettüberzug mit Löchern. Lage und Parkmöglichkeiten sind gut. Etwas weirdes Publikum an unserem Wochenende, aber da kann ja keiner was dafür. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.“

„Hotel ist sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen und leider nicht besonders sauber. Handtücher hatten Flecken, und das Personal war wenig motiviert. Für eine Nacht akzeptabel, aber kein Ort für einen längeren Aufenthalt. “

„Adorable, cozy and immaculate. Staff were very polite and helpful. A real gem.“

„Need to ask for room on upper floor Good breakfast“

„Great personal service. Breakfast was ok. Big rooms. Friendly staff“

„The hotel was in a quiet location it was maintained and clean . The staff was friendly and helpful especially the desk staff , Heather on days and Robin on the night shift were very engaging and helpful. The cleaning crew were adequate although simple mistakes were made as not replacing towels and face cloths and not replacing coffee and the creamer/ sugars when depleted. The gym was basic but had a decent amount of machines and a cable work out machine. The pool ( which I didn't use) was ...

„-If you’re disabled, this isn’t the place for you…there is no elevator. The staff isn’t accommodating and won’t put you on the first floor. -If you like to shower, this not the place for you…multiple different guests, were coming to the front desk, complaining of not having any hot water to shower with; I couldn’t believe, the person at the front desk told the guests, that there was nothing she could do, she was going to call her manager. Guests, who had events to attend, competitions, etc.,all ...

„Wonderful experience at The Del Monte Lodge! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The location in Pittsford is also perfect. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!“

„Good stay“

„Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis“

„Gut ausgestattete Appartments mit voll eingerichteter Küche, sodass man sich gut selbst versorgen kann und man nicht immer essen gehen muss, bei längerem Aufenthalt. Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt und doch im Grünen am Fluss “

„Everything was great except the very uncomfortable queen beds. Neither bed was comfortable and the pillows were not supportive. However, the complimentary breakfast was wonderful, offering about anything you could want and as much as you want. We would probably book the hotel again and make sure we are not in the same room as this visit.“
