„Very outdated and wore out“

„Love the nostalgia of the hotel. Great river view. The owner is very nice and helpful.“

„The floor in our room was filthy. I took a wet towel and wiped the floor and the towel turned black. The soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers were empty. The floor would have been softer than the mattress. Trains with horns ran all night. Dogs backed and howled all night. Other than that, it was great.“

„Casino , da waren wir skeptisch. Angekommen waren wir hin und weg. Traumhaft schön, außerhalb eines Ortes, etwa 100 m entfernt vom Casino. Alles neu und komfortabel. Kinderbett haben wir selbst mitgehabt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder gern kommen. Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert.“

„Only stayed 1 night as the hotel is under a remodel, was told we were going to receive a refund for 3 nights due to this, manager was pissed that we gave him a low rating, claims we should have talked to him before issuing a rating, and that he was going to "consider" a refund, and only issue one if we gave him 5 stars. NOT RIGHT!! Also, we booked on Sept. 21, 2026, going by the narrative on the website, and expected to be charged when we arrived, NOT immediately, which should have been a red ...

„The property overall was very nice BUT our walk in bathroom shower was DIRTY has mold around the edges.“

„We had a stopover for one night on the way from Michigan to Tennessee. The hotel was okay for the single night, but we would not want to stay here longer. The cleanliness of both the room and the pool was disappointing. Although we had a non-smoking room the odor of cold smoke was obvious.“

„Very nice hotel!“

„Preis Leistung stimmt “

„This Hotel has seen better times, but my friends just sleeping across the road in a other Hotel had no better. It was selected because there are not many choices within 10 Miles from Genth, KY.“

„Pet friendly Clean“

„Great service, clean hotel, in a nice quiet location.“

„This is an excellent place start-up. The room was very well decorated! Very nice! The bed was sooo comfortable. The room and bath were very clean and the workmanship was very well-done. There were a few things still to do. The accessible room on the 1st floor was not quiet so a wedding rehearsal was right in there w us. There are issues with door entry codes, have a staffed, obvious check-in desk for service and directions to room. A posted guide to thermostat use, please have better coffee! ...
