„I have been to Hilton Southern Pines, NC before and enjoyed. This time I saw a few differences. Towels were SO inadequate for a Hilton hotel. Thin, with threads hanging , just not what you expect from a Hilton. For some reason, our room was not cleaned, bed not made and no fresh towels. The pillows were HORRIBLE, not sure why they changed their pillows but again, not what I would expect from a Hilton hotel. I wasn't there long enough to check out the rest of the hotel, but it did look ...

„The property was clean and family friendly. The listing was accurate. The pictures were accurate. Everything worked in the unit. We didn’t really stay there a lot because we were there to visit other family in the area, but I did notice that the heat did not reach the back bedrooms very well and they consistently stayed 5 to 10 cooler than the master bedroom Also, three rolls of toilet paper for five days was not enough. “
