Welcome to our great home in Windsor Hills! It has 6 big bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, perfect for large families. The living room is big with soft couches and a TV. The kitchen is clean with new machines, and the dining table fits everyone. You can go outside to the private pool and spa to play and relax. Kids will love the themed bedrooms with bunk beds, and the grown-ups get nice king beds. The resort has a big pool, water slides, and a play area. We are only a few minutes from Disney World.

Starter supplies provided: trash bags, paper towels, soap, shampoo, and linens. Crib & high chair included for families.

Access to clubhouse pool, slides, gym, tennis, basketball, and playgrounds. Guest names (18+) must be provided before arrival for gate access. Resort pass sharing not allowed.

No pets allowed
No smoking inside the home
No parties or large events
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (resort enforced)
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old to book and stay

🅿️ Parking Policy – Windsor Hills
• A maximum of three (3) vehicles are permitted per reservation.
• Please park in the driveway. No street or grass parking.
• If you have a third vehicle, it may be parked in the space between the sidewalk and the road, ensuring the sidewalk remains clear and the vehicle does not protrude into the street.
• Overnight street parking elsewhere in the community is not allowed.
Before arrival, please provide the details (full name and license plate) of up to three drivers who will be parking on the property. Thank you for your cooperation, and enjoy your stay!
