„Room didn’t look like it was cleaned prior to our arrival. I assume it hadn’t been used in a while considering the accumulated dust. The bathroom shower curtain was not usable and it was tangled around the curtain rings, which were also loose and some broken. For a luxury rating, it didn’t feel luxurious at all“

„Great place to base yourself if needing to be in the Frisco area. Clean, tidy, safe. Comfy beds. Walkable to Legacy Shops (25 minutes). Some great restaurants across from the hotel - Cantina Loredo (good happy hour), Great sushi & service at Edoko. Coffee at Summer Moon really good. Would definitely stay again. I did not use the pool, it looked well maintained and was being cleaned daily when I sat to have my coffee. I did not use the hotel bar/food. Easy parking straight outside and ...

„Mid size suites in a new hotel in a developing area (construction sites next to the hotel). Easy to reach from 121, no sidewalks or infrastructure (bars, restaurants) to walk to. Good choice of restaurants in near driving distance. Good for business stay in that area.“

„The room this stay was the worst ever. The bathroom sink faucet was wobbly and so bad we were worried it would break. Other people staying there had no courtesy for others trying to sleep. This went on most of the night. The night desk worker stays in the back most of the time. We will not be back!“

„The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I have traveled for work and fun for the last ten years and maybe stayed at 200 hotels. This is by far the biggest scam. The staff know the hotel is bad and not clean and they don’t care. The guy literally told me that the pictures were old and the hotel is not well maintained. Big bugs, dirty sheet, smelly rooms, leaking ceilings the whole nine. I asked for refund and they said it would not process for a week. I will be disputing this stay.“

„The property itself was nice. Check-in and out instructions were good. However, for 4 adult women to only have 4 bath towels for 3 nights…there should have been more towels. Also, there were no sheets or blanket provided for the pull out bed. There was a smell in the apartment we couldn’t figure out then realized potatoes had been left in the pantry from previous guests I presume. There were no tissue boxes available. I think for the money, these small details could have been better.“
