"Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war schön und angenehm ruhig. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet, auch wenn an manchen Stellen kleinere Renovierungsarbeiten wünschenswert wären. Besonders positiv war unser Abendessen im Hotel – das Steak war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Sie haben unseren Transfer zu den Wasserfällen, in die Stadt sowie zum Flughafen perfekt organisiert und sich immer um unser Wohl gekümmert. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen."

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich kann viele Erfahrungsberichte zur schlechten Qualität nicht teilen und bin von der Spitzenleistung überzeugt. Die Lage im Regenwald ist schön, wobei man dies nicht mit dem Dschungel verwechseln darf. Dennoch sieht man hier zwischen dem Grün viele schöne Vögel (Kolibris usw.). Die Unterkünfte sind sauber und bequem. Entsprechend der Lage im Regenwald sind diese gepflegt. Hervorzuheben sind die sehr gute Auswahl des Frühstücks und Abendessens im Restaurant. Die Preise sind etwas höher, aber von sehr guter Qualität. Mucho Gusto! Transportoptionen können sehr einfach arrangiert werden. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen."

"The hotel was once probably super, but it needs a lot of renovation. The room was large, the beds ok, bathroom also large and clean and we were happy with the air conditioning. The balcony door wouldn't close which was slightly worrying but we were on the second floor and nothing happened. Outside there were a lot of amenities but all in need of renovation. The pool was sadly not clean. Breakfast was good, but the evening restaurant if you could call it that was aweful, the first evening I had stomach cramps and diarhea, we were tired so ate a salad and some spaghetti the next night. "

"Overall, the hotel location and facilities are super nice, but value for money is not given. Service is terrible (e.g., at restaurant, reception, bars staff only comes to you on demand and is very slow/ inattentive as playing with their phones, after rain in the morning mattresses at the pool sun beds are not set up again, ...) and overall cleanness is not given (rooms smell musty, all pool towels have stains) plus food tastes terrible and is very overpriced for the quality delivered. Breakfast though has a high variety and options and is good."
