„The place was beautiful, so much greenery and such a spacious, lush area. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Dennis was amazing and made efforts to help us with what we needed! Breakfast at the cafe was great at the Evergreen. The food at One Fishing Place Floating restaurant was decent, but wasn’t too appetizing. However, I would say the staff made the stay memorable. Will definitely come back!“

„Nettes Hotel mit freundlichen Personal ! Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer laesst zu wuenschen uebrig !! Im ganzen Zimmer gibt es Ameisen , die auch nach mehrmaligen Hinweis darauf nicht zu beseitigen sind ! Am besten ,man laesst seone Kleider im Koffer !Ansonsten ist vom Fruehstueck und dem Personal alles on Ordnung !“

„Hidden paradise. We will definitely be back. My 3-yr old loves the pool. The place is clean. We love the warm temperature of the water, it calms the body. I just wish they offer other mode of payment aside from Cash and Netflix on TV. Friendly staff. “

„ホテルは古いですが、綺麗にしており雰囲気はレジャーらしくて良いですね。ストリートビューで見るとエントランスはショボいですが、山の斜面にバンガローのように部屋が点在していて意外と広いです。その中でも予約した部屋は最高のビューでした。上下2部屋と屋上テラスのセットの建物が入り組んで建っているので場合によっては部屋のビューはありません。ただし、どの部屋も屋上に上がれば素敵なビューを、楽しめます。今回はフィリピンの有名観光地の上に休暇週間ということでなかなか希望通りのホテルと部屋が見つからせんでした。せっかくの絶景ポイントなので景色を優先的に考えていたので、尚難しかったたのですが、訪問の数日前に見つけました。カップル利用のつもりがシングルベッドのツインというのが気になりましたが景色優先で予約しました。“

„We had a great time at Quest Hotel. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. It looks like a new hotel in terms of cleanliness and the staff are very helpful. The Baker J is a plus as they serve really good food and pastries. And it helps a lot that the two bigger malls in Tagaytay are surrounding the hotel“

„It just felt like a wonderful home filled with love and nature. The staff was amazing. Always greeting us. They treated my son so well. This is a place that just gets it. They understand everything a person would need. Fast internet, jacuzzi outside of the room, big TV, huge room with a high ceiling, amazing food, sauna, huge pool, a kiddie pool, open playing space grassy area, huge bathroom. No issues with late check out. I will keep coming back.“

„It’s a non suspecting hotel/residential complex. The hotel itself is beautiful. The people were lovely but the service is slow…. Very slow! We had issues with WIFI in our room and it took several calls for it to be looked at. It was never really fixed and we constantly had to reset the router. The rooms are beautiful despite being small. What I felt was the let down was the breakfast menu. It was sad… really sad. You’d go downstairs expecting to be greeted with a beautiful buffet ...

„Pros: The security, Frontdesk and wait staff has excellent customer service. Good price for quality food. Quiet location. Truly a staycation experience. Nice room set up. The actual employees are great. Cons: Too many OJT working in a group setting. For example: 6 people entered one of our rooms just to collect towels & trash. At the end of our stay, we were charged for lost towels that was most likely miscounted by them. Too many OJT sitting around, make them clean pools with net, we don’t ...
