„There are no pans or utensils to cook in the room. There were no glasses or wine glasses, the kitchen is just for decoration. There is no washer and dryer in the room as stated in the room description. Had a huge building right in front of the room, so close that I needed to use the blinders all the time. “

„- Wall power sockets were unsafe in 2/3 rooms on the same floor (sparks, burnt the charger, not stick on the wall) - Had to move room without any assistance at 12-1AM on the first night due to the wall sockets (we had to argue to move as well) - No smoke detectors - safety issue - also on a non-smoking floor (there’s definitely people smoking) - Room not cleaned properly - used cups not replaced or cleaned, cleaning staff continually forget to replace used amenities (eg. mosquito repellent) - ...

„Das Hotel liegt, getrennt durch eine Strasse, direkt am Strand. Je nach Zimmer hat man sich auf die Sanya Bay oder Phoenix Island. Es ist schon ein etwas älteres Modell aber noch akzeptabel. Baden war keine angenehme Sache, auch wenn wir mit dem Bus schon etwas weiter weit vom Zentrum gefahren sind. Für diese Aktivität eignen sich Yalong Bay und Dadong Bay deutlich besser.
