Owner crossed a boundary during our stay
The house was clean and spacious. The check in process and entry instructions were easy. However, there is room for some improvements for guests. First, the beds were rock hard, extra firm and not very comfortable. Second, the kitchen was not well equipped at all. Very few utensils and not very many options suited for “cooking in” for a family or girls weekend. Third, while there are 4 bedrooms and plenty of space to sleep for a large family/group, the living room seating was not conducive for more than 3-4 people. But the most disappointing and disturbing part of our stay was that on our final night, after we had gone to bed, the owner entered the garage to drop off a couch in the garage without any notification. We were shocked to see it when we were heading out and felt a little violated. Had it not been for that intrusion we would have given the property a higher review with just suggestions to improve the kitchen equipment available.
