This is one of the Tucson oldest and safest neighborhoods. Located just steps away to the university and the police department is nearby.

This unit does not share an entry or rooms with other units but does share walls.
Due to the proximity of this apartment to neighboring units, noise can travel between walls. Good news! This is rarely a problem and can be shut out by closing doors and windows or using complimentary earplugs. If you experience a higher than normal noise level please contact us 24/7 and we will make sure you get a great night's sleep.
Please also note that there might be occasional train horns which can be heard. We have earplugs to help lessen the noise.

PET RULES:

- Please let us know if your sweet pet needs a crate, doggie toys, bowls, scooper, or anything during your stay so we can prepare it for you
- You must accept the request for a $70 pet cleaning fee for stays 3 nights and less
- Additional $15 for an extra dog
- 3+ nights the dog fee = $20/night/dog
- Limited to 1 dog (40 lbs max)
- Pet to be up-to-date on vaccinations
- Pick up after them
- Must be house-trained/potty-trained
- Dogs are NOT allowed on FURNITURE
- No fenced yard for dog/s. Must be leashed on the property at all times
- Your dog/s must be with you at all times. Leaving your dog/s unattended (meaning not crated or kenneled) will result in vacating the premises
- You assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by your dog/s and agree to pay an additional amount shall this occur
- If excessive dog/s noise (barking) is disturbing to the neighbors, you must quiet the situation
