This property is just a short drive to the best skiing and snowboarding in New Hampshire. 15 minutes to Waterville Valley, 25 minutes to Loon Mt., 35 minutes to Cannon Mt.

The resort-style, Waterville Estates Community Center, where you can enjoy: 2 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, tennis/pickle ball courts, an arcade for the kids and a bar/lounge for the adults is a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive from the townhouse. Waterville Estates even has its own little 3 run ski hill called Campton Mountain. We provide 1 pass that grants 1 adult free unlimited access to the community center and permits them to purchase day passes for the rest of their party for a small fee. Children 7 and under are free.
Please return the guest pass to the welcome binder after use. A $50.00 replacement fee will be charged for lost passes.
