We provide a fully functional kitchen, super FAST Wifi (Fiber internet), 4K smart TVs, Working area & backyard areas. Spacious parking garage and driveway.

You are welcome to use the entire home and will be given an access code on the day of your arrival. Please make yourself feel right at home! You'll have a full access to all its in house amenities.

Your host is responsive and attentive all the time. We are open during business hours but we will try our best to be as responsive as possible outside the business hours. So Please let us know if there's anything that we can help with to make your experience better!

- LARGE GATHERINGS ( 6 People MAX, including visitors | 2 Cars MAX )
- SMOKING OF ANY KINDS, ESPECIALLY MARIJUANA
Or Police officer will be called and you will be asked to vacate the property with no refund.

🤫Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM.😴

❌No parties, gatherings or events of ANY kind allowed.

🚭No smoking of ANY kind in the house or the common areas.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦Absolutely no more guests allowed to stay than what was stated on your reservation.

🐶No unauthorized pets allowed in the house.

✉️📪 no mail can be sent to the house, packages are acceptable

Here are the check-out instructions:

🔑 - please place the garage door opener on the kitchen counter or near the house rules book

🗑️ Trash -Please leave all trash in a sealed garbage bag outside the unit

🧺Towels & Sheets -Please place all used towels on the floor of the bathroom, and sheets on the floor in the bedrooms

🌡️Set the thermostat in the house to 75

🚪Door- Please close the door fully and lock on your way out. Let us know when you've left!
