Along with direct waterfront access on the Florida Bay side of Tavernier, your private island hideaway boasts a sparkling in-ground pool, canal-side loungers, a tiki-style patio bar and grill, and an upper patio that comes fully screened-in for all-weather enjoyment. Anglers, snorkelers, and divers can launch directly from the private dock to get on the water immediately. You can relax beside the private pool for sun-soaked leisure closer to home. When five o'clock rolls around, gather around the bar and grill area for happy hour entertainment. An outdoor smart TV and lawn games provided an added dose of fun. Standup paddleboards and a canoe are also provided for use during your stay.

A semi-detached in-law suite beneath the home offers standalone comfort with features including a full-size fridge, a sink, a microwave, a K-cup coffee maker, a smart TV, mini-split air-conditioning, and a private bathroom.

The raised interior features an inviting open-concept layout designed for family gatherings. The full kitchen is well-equipped to handle home cooking, and there's even a dual beverage fridge for convenient cold drink storage. Comfortable seating, board games, and a large smart TV set the stage for casual downtime in the living room. There's also a dedicated desk and computer monitor for remote working.

The popular Founders Park and the Rain Barrel Arts Village are just over three miles away. Harry Harris Beach Park and the Laura Quinn Wild Bird Sanctuary are each within a five-mile drive. Local charter services, bars, and restaurants are all within a one-mile radius.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: Max boat 18'. Fenders & ropes available for use. No guest access to owner's boat being stored.

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
