Family get together
Very nice house and property for a meet up point from NJ, OH, & the Carolinas. The house had a beautiful kitchen, family room, and screened in deck. Great views of the intercoastal waterway and walking distance to beach.
Two downsides from renting this home was the lack of response from the property manager…we wanted to inform them of broken Adirondack chairs out back and a fan that was making a loud humming noise ( neither of these affected our stay) but we wanted the owners to know for purposes of repair and safety. We were worried the fan might catch fire.
The other downside was there was no cornhole or volleyball net for the pool as shown in pictures. We brought beach chairs, as we were told none at the home, to then find chairs/ umbrellas in garage.
My recommendation is to update pictures and amenities to reflect what is truly available at the home. You may also want to leave a direct email/contact for one to report items that need attention, as it’s been 72hrs and no one has reached out about the fan or chairs.
Would not rent from VRBO again
