This newly renovated and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers all the comforts and conveniences of home. The primary bathroom boasts a king-sized bed, a 50' TV, and an attached bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a 32' TV, while the third bedroom features a full and twin bed with a 42' TV. The second bathroom offers a shower for more accommodations. Enjoy built-in closets in all bedrooms so you can unpack and make yourself at home.

The entryway serves as a mudroom with a boot warmer and high-efficiency fan to dry your ski gear. After a day at the mountain, gather in the large living area with a large couch for the entire family (also transformative to a full-size pullout bed), a gas fireplace for cold winter nights, and a 55' TV. Or, marvel at the stunning view of Ski Time Square and the ski mountain from your private balcony.

Prepare delicious meals in the highly functional, high-end kitchen with state of the art appliances from Miele, SubZero refrigeration, Wolf Induction Stove, and All-Clad cookware. Share meals around the beautiful 8-foot granite dining table with room enough for dinner or game nights with provided games and puzzles for a cozy night in. This marvelous retreat also features a Sonos speakers system to play your music throughout the entire condo, as well as a DVD player for additional entertainment. There is also a washer/dryer for your convenience, and detergent is provided.

This corner unit has a view of the lift lines, so you know the perfect time to head to the slopes! The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, and underground on-site parking. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and you can shop to your heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

Things to Know
No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.
Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in August 2025.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
