UNSERE WOHNUNG: Diese Wohnanlage befindet sich in Gebäude E, das die beste Aussicht auf St. hat John und die Britischen Jungferninseln. Das Erstaunlichste an dieser Luxuswohnung sind die spektakulären Sonnenaufgänge, die Sie vom Wohnzimmer, der Terrasse und Ihrem Schlafzimmer aus erleben werden! Diese luxuriöse Einheit befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des E-Gebäudes und ist eine ECKE, was bedeutet, dass Sie eine hellere Einheit mit einem größeren Decksystem haben. Ein Schritt von Ihrem Terrassendeck und Sie stehen im weichsten weißen Sand. Wenn Sie weitere 12 Schritte machen, spüren Sie das warme Wasser der Karibik. Unsere Einheit bietet Platz für vier Personen. Wir haben sowohl ein brandneues Kingsize-Matratzenbett als auch ein neues Queensize-Schlafsofa. Unsere Suite verfügt über einen Schlafbereich mit einem brandneuen Flachbildfernseher, einem Schreibtisch und einem Kingsize-Bett. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Wohnbereich mit Kabel, DVD-Player und neuen SONY SmartFlat Screen TV. NETFLIX ist im Lieferumfang enthalten - KOSTENLOS. Es gibt eine neu renovierte Küche, brandneue Geräte mit allen Annehmlichkeiten einer Luxusküche. Unsere Küche ist mit allen neuen Geräten aus Edelstahl ausgestattet, zu denen eine Mikrowelle / Heißluftofen und ein Kochfeld aus Glas gehören. Wir haben alle Küchengeräte, die Sie benötigen: Mixer für Ihre Getränke, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Teekanne für Teetrinker und einen George Foreman Grill. Gehen Sie einfach zum Jachthafen und suchen Sie sich frischen Fisch aus, der an diesem Tag gefangen wurde, um zu grillen! Mahi Mahi, Zackenbarsch, Hummer, um nur einige zu nennen! Einige der Extras, die wir haben, sind Kaffee / Filter, Teebeutel, Folien- und Saran-Wraps, Papiertücher, Seife und Shampoos. Das Badezimmer hat eine brandneue Dusche, ein Doppelwaschbecken und eine Toilette. Die Aussicht aus dem Badezimmer ist sogar spektakulär mit herrlichem Blick auf alle Yachten in der Marina. Ich erwähne noch einmal das Terrassendeck, weil Sie den größten Teil Ihrer frühen Morgen- und späten Abendstunden dort verbringen werden! Es sieht aus auf schönen St. John. Sie können den hypnotisierenden Wellen lauschen, während Sie sich entspannen und etwas trinken (oder zwei), während Sie unser kleines Paradies genießen. Während Ihres Aufenthaltes im Paradies gibt es so viel zu tun ... Sie können direkt vor Ihrem Gerät schnorcheln, Kajaks, Sunfish-Segeln, Wellenläufer, Paddle-Boarding und vieles mehr!
Wenn Sie nicht am Strand sein möchten, können Sie zu unserem zweistöckigen Pool gehen und die Sonne genießen, während Sie St. John und die Britischen Jungferninseln im Hintergrund überblicken. Es gibt zwei brandneue Coffeeshops und ein Restaurant auf dem Gelände. Kellner gehen sogar zum Strand, um Getränke zu bestellen ... einfacher geht es nicht!
Last but not least ist es einfach, ein Auto zu mieten, aber denken Sie daran, dass wir auf der ANDEREN Straßenseite fahren! Viele Autovermietungen, Hertz, Dollar, Budget, Discount Car Rental; Alle zur Verfügung, um ein Auto zu mieten.
Dies ist eine ziemlich neue Auflistung, so dass die Wohnung in perfektem Zustand ist. Sieht nicht abgenutzt oder müde aus ... der Besitzer hält es mit Stranddekor und Accessoires tadellos.

Perfect!

My wife and I came down to celebrate our 35th. It is the perfect quiet corner spot right next to the marina. Quiet with a little bit of hustle as the boats go in and out. Fun to watch. Beautiful sunrise every morning as the sun comes over St John. Perfect for the early riser. The communication with the owner was amazing. We texted a few times for direction. The response was immediate and respectful. The condo itself is clean and cozy. Shower is worthy. Bed is comfortable. Sapphire beach is a moments walk down the beach. The pool is cool fresh water and 100 yards from your patio. There are 4 options for food in the local. All of which are excellent! The Pizza is surprisingly Amazing! Having your own kitchen in the condo saved us tons. This was by far the perfect spot! We would not have wanted to be anyplace else on the island, or resort. We like it quiet. Enjoy without concern! I will add that if you plan to do any sort of site seeing, rent a car. The cab fares will drive you mad and will pay for the rental at least once. But this has nothing to do with my review just a lesson learned.

The view from the unit will take your breath away. The property was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The owners were very responsive and nice. It was so relaxing. Sapphire Beach is beautiful. It has everything you would need to have a wonderful relaxing break. Would definitely stay here again.

Beware of power outages and owner making false accusations

Overall, our stay was nice. The space is nice and the pictures are accurate. The location right on Sapphire Beach is great. Overall, communication with the owner was ok, until the end. The largest problem was the power outages, which are not mentioned in the ad. Unknown to me, the island has had problems with blackouts since April 2024, meaningful this was not a new problem The power was out for the better part of 3 days out of the 7 days we were there. I feel the owners have an ethical duty to let people know about the power outages so people can make an informed decision. There are people that have medical devices or have to have reliable wifi access. There was a mildew smell in the condo and turns out there was a hole in the wall between the toilet and the shower. The shower head was leaking in the wall. So the owners told me that they would like to offer us a free week next year due to all the troubles we had. I thought that was great. We'll, after we leave and get home, the landlord states the cleaner said, among other things, that there P0were three pounds of sand in the condo. THREE pounds! The amount of sand in the unit was minimal. Also was accused of leaving food all over the floor. I cleaned everything thoroughly and picked up before we left. There's a seaweed collection business here that uses back holes which really damage the parking lot and detract from the overall appeal. Also, there's no designated parking. We oftenh had to park 3 buildings down.

Enjoyed our stay

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. Loved that it was a corner unit, next to the marina. We did have a good bit of sargasm directly in front of us, but the crew worked around the clock to keep that part of the beach clean. The beach in front of building C in front of the beach bar never seemed to have that issue. The whole place is phenomenal- a couple restaurants, shops and bars on property were fabulous and so convenient. Our room was great, very clean, comfortable bed and all my husband and I needed. We appreciate the host letting us stay, we had a terrific vacation.

Cool Breeze

My wife and I have vacationed on Saphire Beach annually since 2017. This unit is in Building E and has the perfect sunrise and constant breeze! This is an end unit so you only share one wall with neighbors and you have side windows that was a nice change. The kitchen has all the basics offered to make meals throughout the week and walking distance to the restaurant up the hill or the beach bar or the other restaurants at the beach. We will return to building E for the cool breeze

This property was so nice. We enjoyed getting up every morning and sitting on the patio and listening to the ocean. It is literally 12 steps off the patio. Lots of area restaurants, plus a few right there on the property. We are already planning our next trip and we plan to stay at this property again.

Everything was great. The unit was clean and inviting. The bed was very comfortable. Towels and linens were high quality as well. The corner unit offered a wrap around porch with views of the marina. It also made the breeze much greater. Finally the view was fantastic. Right on the water with views of the islands that are second to none.

Beautiful location/Great condo

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights on the way home from Tortola. Property was as described on VRBO. Very beachy decorating. Great location. Close enough to Sapphire Beach, but far enough away to seem private. It was very quiet. We liked being so close to the water. There was usually a nice breeze coming off the ocean. There is sand right out from the condo, but it is very rocky in the water. No one went in the ocean there, so we didn't try to either. But the main beach is close by. We ate at the beach bar and the food was good. Also ate breakfast sandwiches from the coffee shop a couple of times that were very good. We also walked to nearby Sudi's restaurant for two meals and liked them both. The owner was nice and very responsive when I emailed her about a couple of things. I would recommend this condo to family and friends!

My sister was getting married at Sapphire Beach, so staying as close as possible made the most sense. The unit we were in was beautiful, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The resort is beautiful, and the beaches are beyond words. My husband and I are already planning our next trip for ourselves where we can spend more time doing our own thing and enjoying more of what the islands have to offer. The host of this unit provides evrything you need, along with all the little extras you don’t think about, but are grateful to have. She was easy to work with, and communication was stellar.

Absolutely loved the condo and the area. The pool was PHENOMENAL!! We had a few small issues and they were addressed promptly. The view from the condo is as nice as pictured. Chad who seems to run the store/pizza place was so helpful too. The trip to St. John was awesome. We went to Maho beach. It was beautiful. I think I'd rent a car next time, at least for a few days. Though the taxis were plenty and readily available. We will definitely return!

Nice condo

The condo was very clean and the view of the bay was beautiful. The beach outside the condo was slick and rocky, but sandy Sapphire beach was only a few hundred yards down, so the walk was not a big deal. The only thing that caught me by surprise was a misinterpretation on my part of the condo photos. I was thinking it was a two bedroom, but in it's a one bedroom with a fold out couch. The only other issue was roof construction repair all week which was a little annoying but not a deal breaker. Overall, I was happy with the vacation.

Disappointing Stay

Before I booked this listing I saw reviews that mentioned seaweed. I reached out to the host and asked if we were going during some kind of “seaweed season” and if so, was this something that could prevent us from enjoying the beach and patio. I was MOST excited about morning coffee and evening drinks on a patio during our vacation, so I didn’t want to book this place if for some reason we wouldn’t be able to enjoy it. The host was very dismissive about my concerns and said she was there all the time and it was never a problem. However, we arrived and the beach was caked in seaweed. We discovered this is actually sargassum, and it smells horrendous. The smell was so bad that we couldn’t sit outside. Even worse, every morning we were woken up to the sound of a tractor moving it. I understand sargassum is unpredictable, but I wish the host had been more honest about the possibility of the situation. Especially when I took the time to message her and ask. We learned there are areas on the island that are more prone for this stuff to wash up. The area in front of this condo is one of them. We actually went out on a fishing charter and the captain said they used to be based out of the marina next door, but they switched marinas due to the sargassum there. My boyfriend was also bitten by some kind of bug in the bed. I didn’t believe him until I also got bit on our last night. I slept under the sheets and only have one bite, but he slept under the blanket and has bites all over.
