The property features well-appointed bedrooms designed to provide guests with a peaceful retreat after a day of beachside adventures. A waterside patio offers the ideal spot to savor morning coffee while watching the sunrise or enjoy evening cocktails as the sun dips below the horizon. With outdoor dining furniture provided, guests can also relish al fresco meals against the backdrop of the beautiful coastal water.

This unit is on the first floor of the triplex with key code pad entry lock. Guests will have full access to the unit as well as full access to the outdoor patio that includes a privacy fence that separates the two bottom units, offering a little privacy. Guests also have access to the BBQ grills, fishing dock, and the onsite washer and dryer.

This charming beach town is easy to navigate and offers a Suncoast Beach Trolley for convenient transportation. The trolly is a fun way to explore the Gulf Coast communities stretching from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete. If you're wanting a more adventurous mode of transportation, consider renting a golf cart from a local provider, Goin' Coastal. Along Gulf Boulevard you will find many local restaurants with ample parking for guests. Nearby, there is the Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve to explore with boardwalk and trail. The beautiful white sand beach is only a few minute walk from the property. Whether walking, driving, or using the trolly, navigating Indian Rocks Beach is a breeze.

A comprehensive digital guidebook will be shared with future guests three days prior to check-in. This will outline eateries, activities, attractions, property details, and many other unique recommendations for a tailor-made stay at Indian Rocks Beach.
