Der Wohnbereich ist geräumig und bietet einen großartigen Ort zum Entspannen nach einem Tag am Strand. (Das Haus liegt weniger als einen halben Block vom Strand entfernt) Die Küche befindet sich neben dem Wohn- und Essbereich und ist komplett mit ausreichend Kochgeschirr bestückt.

Nice place

Quiet and comfy. Plenty of room to stretch out and amply furnished. The pool was great as was the garage game room. However the pool table lacked cue glide and cue chalk. A big plus was a very short walk to the beach.

Location couldn’t be better. We could roll beach equipment easily to beach. Pool is big plus. The pool table and foosball kept us occupied. Lots of room for all of us.

Great beach house

House is so close to the beach, we enjoyed waking to see the sunrises every morning and close to a cute little coffee stop named Karma. We also appreciated how spacious the house was and each bedroom had its own bathroom, definitely a plus!

Great Spot for Family

Home was clean & set up well, tvs in rooms were great! Our family of 5 adults enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, pool, & kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, etc. (my only suggestion would be some sort of cutting board). Location was perfect, walking distance to so many places. Would highly recommend this place, we enjoyed our week & the island very much!!!

Slice of Tropical Heaven

This house is perfect for a Family Getaway!!!! Landscaped beautifully... the giant Birds of Paradise plants provide privacy without feeling confined! The house was spacious and the pool, although small, was just perfect for our group! The kids LOVED the "game room"! Perfectly located ... the beach is literally steps away! Recommend this House - highly!!!!! Will, for sure, stay again!

Property was not as described. There was roaches in the kitchen, mess left from last party who stayed there before us. Pool tiles were broken, and outside lights didn’t work so we were not able to be outdoors at night. Defeats the whole idea of enjoying out relaxing stay by the pool

Wonderful Stay

Great place to stay for family R&R in South Padre Island! The guys enjoyed the pool table and girls enjoyed lounging by the pool. Easy access to the beach and restaurants! Kitchen was great and had everything we needed for our time there. Check-in was super easy and we appreciated the text messages from the property manager just checking in to make sure we were ok and having fun! Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Perfect location!

The location was wonderful! Very easy to access the beach. The game room was a super fun bonus. They had some great amenities too. Seriously, only downside was the pool was way too hot! But it was still a great stay.

Great location and the house was exactly what we were looking for. Only small downfall is that when compared to other VRBO rentals we have done, this one was limited on the essentials. No oils or seasonings, so we had to by our own. Other rentals had those items that were left over by past renters, which was really nice for cooking, etc. In the email communication that was sent prior, it states there were no hair dryers. I packed mine, but wanted to note for renters in the future that there are hair dryers in all 3 bathrooms, so you won’t need to pack one!

Excellent location. The place was large enough for 6-8 people with plenty of things to do without leaving the property. Pool table and foosball table with TV in garage as well as two of the bedrooms and living room so good for bad weather days or evening fun. Nice pool and back yard area for evenings. Great neighbor, friendly and the entire street was fairly quiet. Close to a great coffee shop in small shopping are just across the main street at the end of the block. Had chairs and coolers available in the garage which was a nice surprise. When main TV remotes were not working, a knowledgeable staff member came over immediately and made sure all TVs were working before leaving. Very good service. General surface clean, but crumbs of food in corners and under sofa, bathroom walls had "stuff" on the wall by the shower in the hall bath. Everyone has different mattress preferences, Beds were soft and pillows hard. Keep in mind and plan accordingly. We would stay again.

Just what we wanted: No Stairs

Unassuming from the front, the interior and backyard made up for the lack of an ocean view. Well appointed kitchen with 3 refrigerators, plenty of bedrooms, game room in garage and best of all for the mobility challenged, no stairs! A few cons for accessibility would be the lack of grab bars in bathrooms and slippery when wet flooring tiles. Outdoor patio furniture could be spiffed up a bit, but oh! that warm pool!! We're just sorry we can't book it for next year.

Property mgmt was wonderful House was super. Jacuzzi, pool table and darts were life savers as it was rainy and cold our entire stay. Only thing I would suggest is to update some of the bedding as some mattresses were not as comfortable. Adding a foam mattress would help Overall. We absolutely loved our time there even with the bad weather.

The house is in a great location. Easy access to the beach and shopping/ eating. However, when we checked in they forgot to provide us with the code to the front door and we tried calling them for a good 10 mins but no one picked up. Finally my husband drove back to their office and the two guys were just sitting around doing nothing and just refused to answer the phone. It upset my husband and he told them we had been calling them for the code. Cleanliness was ok, for the most part. We did notice one of the pillows had two small dried blood stains, but everything else seemed clean. Overall we had a comfortable stay. The two incidents weren't enough to dampen our mood/vacation. Would probably stay there again.

Very nice but....

The home was roomy and well stocked and clean; however, the couch is very stained. It's a short walk to the beach, but you MUST be careful about leaving stuff outside of the house. The reason I say this is because we left our Yeti cooler outside up against the garage door for a very short time and it was stolen. So apparently people will just walk up to the entrance of the house and steal whatever they want.
