This large historic home is arranged across two connected sides, giving your group multiple places to gather, cook, play, work, or sneak away with a cup of coffee. Two kitchens and multiple living areas make it especially comfortable for extended families, multiple households, or groups of friends sharing a South Haven getaway.



On the West Side, the living room opens into a large dining space where the whole group can gather for dinner, games, or a long breakfast before the beach. The adjoining full kitchen gives you plenty of room to cook for a crowd.



The East Side adds another living room plus a second kitchen and breakfast nook, perfect for early risers, kids watching a movie while the adults catch up, or anyone who'd like five minutes away from the group.

When you're not at the beach or downtown, there's plenty to do at home. The dedicated game room has ping pong, foosball, a poker table, darts, and more; ideal for rainy afternoons, kids who aren't ready for bed, and extremely serious family tournaments.



The Neighborhood:

Peach Mansion puts you close to two of the best reasons to come to South Haven: the lake and downtown. South Beach is less than a mile away, while downtown shops, restaurants, coffee, ice cream, and the riverfront are about a 10-minute walk from the house.



That means your group doesn't have to coordinate five cars every time someone wants coffee, dinner, or a wander through town, and after a beach day, you can come back to a quieter residential setting with room to spread out.

For our incoming guests: Prior to your arrival you will receive all pertinent check-in information communicated via email and mobile SMS messaging, as well as a local destination guide with our personal recommendations on local eats and activities in the area. We provide an after-hours emergency phone number to call in case an issue arises outside of our standard business hours. Additionally, we provide you with a mobile SMS number that you can text for non-emergency issues.
