Family Time
We decided to do a mini vacation, my family lives on Cumberland so we thought this would be a perfect way to feel like we were on vacation and spend time with family. Many memories were made, having the boat slip there was great for my BIL and sister to put there boat.
Im a little confused why you are charged a 150.00 cleaning fee, you are asked to remove all the bedding and throw a load of towels in the washer, so make sure you bring laundry detergent. However when we arrived there was a load of towels in the dryer that had to be folded, there were 2 xtra blankets in the master bedroom and they smelled heavily of body odor, so i had to wash them, just confused we stay at a lot of VRBO and i have never had to make sure all the bedding was removed or start laundry, just wonder what the 150.00 cleaning fee is used for when the renter is doing a majority of the work, we left the place better then we found it.
Over all the area is gorgeous, my grandson loved the pool and game room.
