The Space:
This stunning Sedona retreat offers luxurious accommodations with breathtaking views of Courthouse Butte, Bell Rock, and Cathedral Rock. Designed for comfort and relaxation, this spacious home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, multiple indoor and outdoor gathering areas, and a seamless connection to Sedona’s natural beauty.

The King Master suite is a serene escape, complete with an ensuite bath, a TV, and magnificent red rock views. The Guest King suite shares a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom, while the second Guest suite features a comfortable queen bed and its own TV, providing a cozy retreat for all guests.

The expansive living area is perfect for gathering with friends and family. Relax in front of the TV, enjoy a drink from the stylish bar, or take in the awe-inspiring views from the large windows. The adjacent dining area offers a welcoming space to share meals while soaking in the surrounding beauty.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property. Including outdoor living space, garage and washer and dryer. Check in is at 4pm.

The Neighborhood:
Loved Chapel neighborhood, near hiking and biking trails, restaurants, galleries, shopping, vortex sites, tourist activities, bars are more!

Getting Around:
It's best to rent a car in Sedona.
Also, please use the local Free, Sedona Shuttle, for trailhead transportation.

Other Things to Note:
Due to the recent wildfires, our insurance company now longer allows us to have any indoor or outdoor fires. No exceptions. Thank you for understanding!

We do not accept mail at this address. Due to City guidelines, no mail is allowed to be delivered to the property. It will not be our responsibility should you ship anything to the home to retrieve from the mailbox. Please use the UPS store or an Amazon locker pick-up.

We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to:

-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI.
-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.

No Pets!

No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.

No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house.

Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.

Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.

NO FIRES May 1 - October 1 or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.

We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.

By law, this home may NOT be used for events, parties, or large gatherings.

We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks, and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!

Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.

Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.
