This home features 5 Bedrooms and 3 full Bathrooms. There are 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 full and 1 twin bed. This home will comfortably sleep 11 people.

The internet connection is excellent with High Speed WiFi

Outside there is a two person hot tub, a BBQ Grill, dining area and plenty of outdoor seating to take in those beautiful sights.

There are 2 full sized Washers and Dryers available for your use.

Additional entertainment and dining recommendations are provided in a Welcome Book upon the arrival of your stay.

Guests have access to the entire property at 4 pm on the date of check in through 10 am on the date of check out.

While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience!

Although issues are rare, due to the nature of the spa, we cannot guarantee its use during your stay. The spa is cleaned & maintained regularly by a local spa company. The spa tech will arrive and go around the outside of the home to service the spa once per week. Since we cannot control or guarantee their immediate assistance on spa issues we recommend you do not book the home based solely on the use of the spa.

Please do not exceed the occupancy of 11 guests at any given time. Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property. Additional fines for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.

If it is available, early check-in is a charge of $25/each additional hour (beyond the first hour). To ensure the property is ready for incoming guests, late check-out is not possible. Thank you for understanding.

Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking.

We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion.

We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!

Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.

Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.
