The room has a queen bed that sleeps up to 2 guests, and a private bath. It's located on the 2nd floor of a townhome occupied by the homeowner. Guests share entry with homeowner who lives there; guests should not use common spaces but can use the laundry facilities outside of the room.

• 7 - 10 mins drive to Gas Works Park, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation & ​Meta Westlake & Dexter

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**Additional Info About the Home**
• This home joins the townhome next door that is also being rented. All access are separate and experience will not be interfered in any way.
• This listing for a private room in a larger townhome on the 2nd floor. The owner of the home lives upstairs on the third floor.
• Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. The parking on our side of the street is free and there is no time limit, and the parking across the street is free but limited to two hours. Do note that this is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. Pet fee is not included in the VRBO total and is processed after reservation is confirmed.

**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
