We have taken great care to ensure that you have everything you need to feel at home during your stay.

★Living Area:
The living room is past the kitchen and dining area and features an L-shaped couch, two single-seaters, a smart TV (with cable), wood flooring and access to the screened balcony.

★Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, featuring a stove top, oven, kettle, blender, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and a drip-down coffee machine.
A new sponge, dish soap, trash bags and dishwashing detergent to get you started are included.

★Dining:
As you walk through the tiled hallway, you will be greeted by the bright and beautifully designed dining area, featuring a wet bar. The dining table comfortably seats 4 with two chairs and two benches.

★Bedrooms & Bathroom:
Both bedrooms feature queen beds and have wood flooring, with one room offering a desk, closet, and serene green views. Bedding & linens are included.
The Master bedroom boasts a dresser and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a bathtub/shower combo, and an additional powder room.
Towels, a blow dryer and essential soap products are included.

★Balcony:
Outdoor seating on the balcony provides a perfect spot to unwind with a single seater and ottoman to put up your feet, a table with two chairs, a lamp and plants for ambience.

★Accessories:
Beach lovers will appreciate the included accessories— beach chairs and an umbrella.

★Laundry:
A communal laundry room is available (requires quarters) on the ground floor.
Basic detergents are supplied to start you off.

★Parking:
Outdoor covered parking includes a reserved spot & additional guest parking found at the back of the building.

★Miscellaneous:
Elevator access makes your stay seamless.
Self check-in starting 4 pm & self check-out by 10 am.
If you wish to receive mail, it must be sent to our Orquera Florida Investment office - Sarasota downtown.

★Location:
Downtown Sarasota – 5 min drive
Siesta Key Beach - 10 min drive
Lido Beach – 15-20 min drive

★Important Notes & Rules:
This rental requires approval from the Home Owners Association (HOA), which involves a background check and interview and takes up to 14 days to process before arrival. The $125 application fee is the responsibility of the tenant and is included in the booking fee, though this amount may change. An additional $50 application fee will apply for international guests. A separate payment request for this fee will be sent.
No pets per HOA.
No parties and non-smoking.
AC cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 77 F.
Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running
