The space
Introducing Heron 3 at Ampersand Bay Resort, an enchanting two-level townhouse offering an idyllic lakeside escape. This charming abode showcases not one, but two delightful balconies, providing you with breathtaking panoramic vistas of the tranquil waters.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a generously sized, beautifully appointed living area thoughtfully separated into a warm and inviting lounge, a cozy dining nook, and a well-equipped kitchen featuring a sleek granite breakfast bar with four comfortable seats. The dining space is graced by a lovely round wooden table that accommodates up to four guests, all while affording stunning lake panoramas.

This townhome boasts three bedrooms, with the lavish master suite resting on the upper level. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed, a soothing Jacuzzi bathtub, and a private balcony offering awe-inspiring lake views. The other second-floor spacious bedroom features a queen bed. The first-floor bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle. Both bedrooms have a closet and fully equipped bathrooms with showers.
In the second-floor hallway, there's a washer and dryer for your convenience. The unit is fully climate controlled and has a gas fireplace.
Guest access
The Heron 3 Townhome is located on the Ampersand Bay Resort property. From the parking area, your cabin is accessible by walking up the entryway sidewalk which will take you to the main door of the townhome labeled #3. Guest's have full access to the private beach, canoes and kayaks and hiking paths on property.
