☀ The home has exterior security cameras on both side gate entrances, above the driveway parking spaces and above the garages. They are not located inside the home and only monitor the exterior of the property. They will be on during your stay.

☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.


☀ We conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. **Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the Host.**

1) No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy for this property is 6 people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.

2) No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation.

3) Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.

4) Must be 25 years and older to book.

5) No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No cats allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied.

6) Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.

7) A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.

8) No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee.

9) We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations.

Amazing Beach Rental!

My three friends and I rented this condo for our grad school graduation trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The pictures shown online match the home exactly as it is. Upon arrival, the house was impeccably clean and perfectly decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen utensils, pots/pans, spices, a coffee maker with coffee included, bowls, plates, wine glasses, etc. We were able to fully prepare meals at the house when we didn’t want to go out to restaurants. The laundry room was also fully stocked for us to do our own laundry during our stay. Bedrooms had irons and ironing boards for guests. Everything at the home was clean and convenient. The rooms were very spacious for the four of us with ample closet space and dressers. The pillows/beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for us to use. We loved using the patio spaces for happy hour. Walking to the beach was about a fifteen minute easy walk. The garage had beach chairs, towels, sandcastle pails, and boogie boards for us. Restaurants/shops are right around the corner from the condo. It was a perfect location for our trip. We stayed Monday-Thursday and we were not bothered by outside noises considering how close we were to bars. The condo is very safe with a locked gate guarding the condos on the property. Mark was very responsive to our questions and checked in with us upon our arrival to see how things were going. The check out process was as
