Both bedrooms feature a comfortable queen-sized bed, with ample storage space to unpack and make yourself at home.

The fully-equipped kitchen comes with all the essentials to cook a delicious meal, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. The living room is a great place to relax and unwind, with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV.

Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink on the deck, surrounded by nature and the sounds of the forest all while being nearby local attractions, shopping and restaurants.

Based on North Carolina Commission Laws, we are required to send you a rental agreement after booking with us.

We welcome dogs and allow you to bring up to 2 with a combined weight under 100 pounds. There is an additional fee of $25 per dog per night that will be requested after booking. Please note there are additional taxes and fees charged by the platform and state.

VERY IMPORTANT:

If you plan on using the house to have a party, sneak in extra guests, bring animals unannounced or other things that disregard the house rules, please read below:

No parties or events allowed without prior approval. You will immediately lose your security deposit, be charged an additional $500 and will need to leave if this happens.

Examples:

Booking a stay with 4 people and then inviting over 10 additional people for a BBQ.

Booking a stay with 4 people but using the house to host a family reunion, baby shower, graduation party, bachelor/bachelorette party, wedding shower, etc.

Our house rates are based on 4 guests. Please be honest and accurate about how many guests are staying when you book. Undisclosed guests will be charged at a rate of $100 per night.

While we love animals we require a $25 per night pet fee for additional cleaning and wear and tear. Please let us know if you are bringing your pet at the time of booking. If undisclosed animals are brought there will be a $100 per night charge added to the stay.
