We offer in Saint-Malo this charming 160 m² house with sea view, less than 100 metres from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 travellers. It has a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 20 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises :

Ground floor
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area with high table
- Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer
- A separate WC

First floor
- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofas, fireplace and dining table for 8 people

Second floor:
- Master bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200), dressing room and en-suite shower room
- A bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- A separate WC

Third floor
- One bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- One bedroom with two single beds and a work area
- A bathroom with shower and bath

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : high chair, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A lovely 20 m² enclosed garden
- A wooden terrace facing south-east, equipped with an outdoor shower, a toy box and garden furniture.
- A west-facing terrace facing the sea, accessible from the kitchen, with garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather. During high tides, the sea is level with the terrace.
- Balconies on the 1st floor, facing east and west, measuring around 5 m², with seating available. On the second floor, the bedrooms open onto a balcony facing the sea.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant and peaceful environment, living to the rhythm of the tides. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and the Paramé market (Wednesday and Saturday mornings) are less than 5 minutes' walk away...

The Bay of Mont St Michel and Cap Fréhel are within easy reach. Dinard is opposite the Rance dam. Boat trips take you to Jersey, Guerney and other islands.
Gastronomy is also part of everyday life, thanks to the quality of the produce and the food on offer. Cookery courses and boat trips with meals are available. Sporting activities are not limited to swimming, sailing or surfing. There's also walking, hiking and horse riding with excellent riding centres nearby, for example La Cravache in St Coulomb.

Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, there are plenty of free parking spaces in the little streets overlooking the sea, in the car park near La Caravelle or on Boulevard Kennedy. A closed garage is available on request, a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, which can be used to store bicycles or a small vehicle.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful :
- Nearest train station : Saint Malo station 2.5 km away (about 6 minutes by car, 30 minutes on foot)
- Nearest airport : Dinard airport

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free WiFi available (fibre optics).
- The fireplace is functional and wood is provided for the first fire.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the concierge. Outside the times indicated, a flat-rate supplement of €30 per additional hour will be charged.
