The Space:
The open-plan kitchen and living areas are perfect for entertaining and relaxing. The living room opens right onto a deck, where you can enjoy the sun all day long as it filters through the trees. Right below the property, you'll find the Rotorua Tree Trust, a lovely 20-hectare green space with walking trails, perfect for enjoying the surroundings. The house has 3 bedrooms: Master Bedroom: It has a luxurious King Bed. Bedroom Two: It has a comfy Double Bed. Bedroom Three: It offers two Single Beds, which are great for guests.

Guest Access:
You'll have the whole house although part of the basement garage may be closed off for owner use. There will still be storage available to you for bikes etc.

The Neighborhood:
Tihiotonga is a lovely residential area of Rotorua. The area is between the city and the Redwoods Forest giving great access for mountain bikers especially.
