Level One: Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, Deck Access and shared Bath with Bedroom #2. Bedroom #2 has Queen Bed, Deck Access and shared Bath with Bedroom #1. Bedroom #3 has a Double and shared Bath with Bedroom #4. Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin beds and shared Bath with Bedroom #3.

Level Two: Large Living Area with Flat Screen Roku TV has sliding glass doors that open out to the Oceanfront Deck. Dining Area, Kitchen equipped with a Dishwasher and a Microwave.

Amenities include: 5 Roku TVs, 1 DVR, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, Gas Grill, Sundeck with Furniture and Enclosed Outdoor Shower. Merrytime is a part of the Beacon's Reach community and has the use of their Outdoor Community Pool. Community Pool is usually available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, depending on weather. Guests have access to the Marina Pool located at 590 Marina Dr and the Westport pool located at 570 Coral Dr.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
