Sophisticated Modern Retreat

Nestled between N. Scottsdale and downtown Scottsdale, our luxurious Kierland retreat offers ultimate convenience and classic Sonoran style. This stunning home features a 2,700 SF main house + 800 SF guest house. Both were recently restyled for detail and comfort, ensuring an unforgettable stay for large get-togethers, families, golf lovers, and desert enthusiasts alike. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac and just 1.5 miles to Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons for luxury shopping and dining.
This impeccably furnished home and detached guest house has been recently restyled with a keen eye for detail and comfort. It boasts six bedrooms, each adorned with Jennifer Adams luxury bedding, Hotel Grand Goose feather down comforters, and plush Tuft & Needle mattresses. Each bedroom is also equipped with a smart TV. The bathrooms offer Hotel Collection plush towels and premium bath and body products. In addition to the bedrooms, the family room can be converted into an additional sleeping area. The home includes a spacious living room adjacent to the kitchen that flows onto the covered patio — an ideal hybrid of indoor and outdoor living. A family room features an oversized couch perfect for family movie nights. An attached powder room and a large mirrored sliding door provides privacy, if desired.

The fully stocked kitchen, complete with Crate & Barrel dishes and quartz countertops entices even the most novice chef to whip up delightful meals. An attached dining room seats 12, plus there’s an additional breakfast nook table that seats 4. Guests can also make themselves at home in the Guesthouse kitchen. Though it lacks a stove, it’s equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, all essential tableware, and a comfortable seating area. Or, if you prefer cooking outdoors, fire up the gas grill to prepare quick and delicious eats.

Surrounded by palm trees and lush landscaping, the back yard is your own private haven. Lounge by the heated pool, soak in the hot tub. The putting green, hammocks, and grass area (ideal for morning yoga) provide additional opportunities for relaxation and recreation. And the large, covered patio is perfect for al fresco dining and entertaining.

Explore the neighborhood with pleasant walks. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Gateway Loop Trail at the McDowell Sonoran Preserve is a short drive away. Golf lovers can tee off at renowned nearby courses like Grayhawk Golf Course and Troon's Westin Kierland Golf Club. Enjoy concerts at the Musical Instruments Museum or experience the vibrant nightlife of Old Town Scottsdale, just 15 minutes away or 15 minutes north of you at the High Street. Most everything is short Uber / Waymo (driverless car) ride away but also walkable. We are short driving distance from annual events like: Barrett Jackson Car Auction (7 min), The Phoenix Open at TPC Scottsdale Golf Tournament (10 min), Scottsdale Arabian Horseshow and Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships at the Westworld Scottsdale (13 min), Spring Training at Salt River Fields (15 min).

Property is managed by Boutique Host Group, a 5-star management team, specializing in luxury hosting in Scottsdale.

When you book, you are agreeing to all terms of the rental, and it’s your responsibility that any guest or visitors to the property have also read and agreed to the rules and terms. There are no exceptions to the rules and terms, and any violation(s) will result in immediate eviction, plus any applicable penalties and fees.

Guests may check in any time after 4 p.m. (local time) and must check out no later than 10 a.m. (local time). An arrival instruction email will be sent after you complete the online Renter Information Form (at least 10 days prior to your arrival so that host can properly prepare). All requests for early arrival and late departure must be made in advance. If authorized, all early arrivals and late departures will be subject to an additional fee of $50 per hour. If you must stay an additional 1-2 hours on check-out date without pre-approval, you will be charged $400/hour. If guests stay past their designated check-out time by more than two (2) hours, the host reserves the right to enter the residence, remove any belongings, change lock codes, and take further action as may be necessary or appropriate.

Please direct all questions, requests, and communications to the host. Do not disturb neighbors at any time. Quiet Hours: Daily from 9:00 p.m.-7 a.m. There shall be no social activity outside the house (patio and pool deck) past 9:00 p.m. Our neighbors may report any noise/disturbance and police may be called if quiet hours are violated. Any fine incurred from the City shall by passed to Guests.
The maximum number of guests allowed for overnight stays is 14 adults. Full names and ages of each guest are required before your arrival. If you exceed any applicable maximum authorized number of overnight guests, you are liable for additional fees of up to 100% of your effective daily rate for each unauthorized guest, and the host may immediately revoke or terminate your license to occupy the residence.

The host provides an initial supply of consumable household supplies and toiletries. You are responsible for providing supplies beyond the initial amount, if needed (e.g. toilet paper, paper towels)
Housewares: The host provides luxury toiletries (e.g. hand soap, shampoo, body wash), linens for use during your stay. You will be charged for any items that are damaged or removed from the residence.
The property towels are not to be used to clean footwear, other personal property, or to remove facial makeup. Any improper use or damage to inventory will incur a fee.

Use of any amenities is at your (and your guests’) sole risk. Guests younger than 18 years must be accompanied by an adult when using amenities and common areas. We don’t provide any pool toys or accessories.

Washer & Dryer. Please clear the lint tray after each drying session. Liquid detergent only, please do not use pods.
No pets are allowed on property. Violation results in a $2000 fine, plus the cost to deep clean the residence and/or repair damages to the residence. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact the host before their stay.

Please remove your shoes inside the home.

Maximum number of six (6) cars are permitted on the property. Parking permitted at entry drive and by the garage. Do not park or block our neighbors’ driveways or near their properties. The host provides one garage remote control. You will be charged $200 if you misplace the garage remote control.

All guests must digitally execute a Pool & Spa Safety Indemnification Notice before occupancy. No diving is permitted. VERY IMPORTANT: Property does not have a lifeguard or a pool fence. Upon specific advance request, the host can erect a temporary pool fence upon payment of a delivery and setup fee of $200 (request must be made ten (10) days in advance of arrival). The cost to heat the pool is $50 times the number of days of your scheduled stay. Pool Heat requests must be made at least seven (7) days in advance of arrival. The pool is serviced every Thursday. Long-term bookings (14+ days) complimentary pool heating.

Place trash and recycling receptacles on the street on Tuesday; the bins are picked up on Wednesday at 7am. Keep containers six feet apart from each other (or they will refuse service). During your stay, please regularly take trash and recycling to the exterior containers (don’t let it accumulate inside). Upon check out, you must place all garbage and recycling in the appropriate outdoor bins.
BBQ grill cleaning. You may be charged an additional cleaning fee if it is determined, after your departure, that the condition of the BBQ grill requires a deep cleaning service due to your usage. Please keep it clean after each use and cover it up.

You are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings or supplies caused by you or your guest(s). You must notify the host in writing of any damage to the residence or any of its contents that occurs during your stay, even if you regard the damage as minimal or normal wear and tear. If you don’t notify the host, you may be responsible for such damage.

A security camera is active at all times, located at the home entrance. You are solely responsible for your and your guests’ safety and security.

The following activities are prohibited at the property: Smoking of any kind is not allowed anywhere on the property (inside or outside), including but not limited to nicotine, tobacco derived products and/or cannabis derived substances (vaping, e-cigarettes); breaking this rule will incur a $2,000 fine plus the cost to clean and deodorize the residence. No parties or events. Number of overnight guests cannot exceed 14 people. Excessive/audible noise outside of the residence after 9:30PM. Illegal substances (involving drugs) or activity. Pornography production or prostitution. Firearms and other weapons. Creating unsanitary conditions (e.g., generating excessive trash or offensive odors, or attracting pests). Making any change, modification, alteration, or addition whatsoever to the residence or its contents. Commercial photography, film, or video. Using the residence for any purpose other than for personal accommodation.
