Located in the beautiful Monte Sereno gated community, Rancho Relaxo offers the perfect space for total relaxation! You'll enjoy over 2700sf of indoor living space and an amazing backyard with lush landscaping, a large private pool, spa, BBQ area, Fireplace, Koi pond, putting green and beautiful mountain views!

Kitchen equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, wine cooler, cooking basics, spices, large island, walk in pantry, standard drip coffee maker, mixer, slow cooker, etc. Everything you need to enjoy home cooked meals.

Office with a desk, chair, ceiling fan and plenty of bookshelves and cabinets.

Separate Casita has a Cal King Bed, ceiling fan, 55" smart TV (roku) and private bathroom with walk in shower

Outdoor space has a large pool and spa (heated with a fee), covered patio space with gas fireplace and ceiling fans. BBQ island with gas grill, koi pond, putting green, plenty of patio furniture for you to enjoy a day relaxing by the pool while enjoying the mountain views.

Wifi, washer/dryer, linens, towels, pool towels, basic cleaning supplies, central ac/heating, startup supply of toiletries, Dogs allowed (2 max) with a non-refundable pet fee of $100. One (1) parking space in the garage and up to Two (2) parking spaces in front of garage (if needed).

Uber and Lyft is recommended, but you may park one car in the garage and up to two cars in the driveway.

PLEASE read all house rules prior to booking. Guests must adhere to all HOA rules and regulations.

Guest pays actual cost of gas and electric. A utility deposit of $1000 will be collected prior to check-in. We are powered by solar...therefore, electric costs is very minimal. Gas rates will vary, but will be substantial if the pool is being heated during your stay (approx $60-$75 per day depending on the time of year)
