Why Stay at Pacific Breeze
It's magical here at Seabrook. Seriously. You'll hear people say things like, "It's darling . . . I can't believe there is a place like this . . . It's Disneyland . . . We love it . . . How did I not know about this?" and much more. Pacific Breeze, is PERFECT. Honest! Across the street is the playground. You can see the kids playing from the porch! Well, you can't see the cool zip line, because it sits just out of sight; you'll hear the bells of children's laughter. We're a stone's throw (and you don't have to have a strong arm) from the dog park, which is on the other side of the next-door neighbor's house. Pacific Breeze is in the middle of Seabrook, so it's away from the immediate hub tub of the retail area, but the retail area is only a five-minute walk: restaurants, shops, Buck's place to get bicycles, tennis equipment, etc. Pacific Breeze is two blocks from the indoor pool and horseshoe toss area. It's a two-minute walk to the horse farm. It's sweetly quiet here at Pacific Breeze. The backyard is one of the few in all of Seabrook that is truly enclosed and out of other homes' line of sight. It's charming. You'll love this home and all that it offers.
Pacific Breeze has four bedrooms—all with private bathrooms!—Pacific Breeze welcomes up to ten adults quite easily. Pacific Breeze with its adorable and private Carriage House is an inviting, warm, and well equipped home. You will have fun; you and yours will be safe; you will know you're wanted!
All bedrooms and bathrooms in the main house are private—in fact, no bedroom shares a wall with another bedroom (nice feature!).
Sleeping Accommodations
Main House—Sleeps six w/ three bedrooms and three full baths; main floor primary bedroom has king bed and big, comfy spa-ish bathroom; the two bedrooms upstairs have queen beds and full baths (nice!).
Carriage House—Sleeps 2+ with its private 1 bedroom/queen bed + full-sized sofa sleeper in living room; 3/4 bath. Bringing grandparents? This is the perfect "I need a moment to be quiet" place for grandparents! (Note: The owners of Pacific Breeze are multi-generational family members; we get what is needed for family vacations—this place works so deliciously!)
Main House Living Room
As soon as you come in, you'll know you are wanted! Great furniture; gas fireplace (flip the switch—voila!); 55" HD TV with spiffy-does-everything remote (Apple! Amazon! Netflix!). And there are a zillion DVDs (more upstairs in media room, plus a 50” HD TV there!). You like music and speakers? Yeah! Sonos speaker in the living room and a HEX 808 TL speaker on kitchen bar. Surround yourself with music from your phones and/or computers. And, if you bring your computer, there's even an HP wireless printer in the master bedroom! You like games? Cards? Puzzles? Open the cabinet in the living room, and holy smokes, you will see lots and lots of them. There are extra chairs in hall closet, and we even have a bed for Fido (check hall closet or master closet).
Main House Kitchen and Dining Area
Dining area has a big table and chairs, and you'll see bar stools that allow folks to sit and chat with (not annoy) the cook. If you need more chairs, no problem—there are four fold-out chairs in the closet under stairs. Kitchen is a winner! Stainless steel appliances, including new gas cook top and convection oven with warming drawer, a quiet-ish dishwasher, granite countertops and a large stainless steel sink with instant hot water. Kitchen comes fully stocked (including all plates, glasses, cookware, and more). Spices? Oh, indeed—tons of 'em! Lots and lots of utensils, too (none of this "Can I find a set of tongs??" nonsense).
Main House Mud Room (Dog Friendly house!)
Next to kitchen is the mud room; it has a pantry, half bathroom, deep sink, and full-size washer/dryer. You'll find a crate for Fido and water/food dish, too!
Main House Master Bedroom
On main floor, just off living room, is large master bedroom with king-size bed and adjoining fancy-schmancy bathroom—there's a jetted soaking tub, large walk-in shower with rain and hand-held shower heads, and walk-in closet. (Press the little button on the water control in the shower, and you can get hot-hot-hot water if you are a jalapeno shower type person.) Master bedroom has TV with cable access and DVD player.
Main House Media Room
Upstairs is media room with big sofa and 50" HD TV with HD cable and DVD player—more games and DVDs! The most DVDs in town!
Main House Upstairs Bedrooms
Two bedrooms, each with queen-size bed, TV with cable access, DVD player; and best of all, each bedroom has its own full-bath bathroom. Niiiiiice.
Carriage House/Apartment (it's sooooo cute!)
Additional guests can stay above the garage in a two-room carriage house. There is a queen bed in a separate bedroom along with private bathroom. Main room has full-size hideaway sofa bed (great for kids!), electric fireplace, TV, cable access, DVD player, small table for dining and/or games, kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, convection oven, kitchen accessories, and more.
Outside Backyard and Garage
Like to barbecue?? Like roasting marshmallows, making s'mores, and watching the magic of campfire? Yeah! Big gas BBQ with cover, huge, custom-built table and benches, and a fire pit with classy paver stone porch (no tripping over gravel!). The backyard is great for dog and kids w/ 3/4 of yard fenced (and the rest privatized and enclosed with trees and vegetation). There is a hot-and-cold outside water faucet—perfect for giving pooch a bath after a great day on the beach!
In garage (it's more like a rec room) is a giant chalkboard for kids, beach chairs, beach gas grill, kites, hula hoops, games, and ocean boots! Garage is also available for you to store your bikes, gear, etc.
