Great

The property was great! The neighborhood was awesome! Our contact host was receptive and answered the questions I had before we arrived. I couldn't find bedding for the pullout couch upstairs, but I let the host know and hopefully that will be taken care of for future guests. We would definitely return!

Needs to be maintained better

Layout of this property is great. Plenty of beds & bathrooms. Living area was spacious and kitchen was fully equipped. Pool area is nice. Unfortunately it has not been maintained the best and cleaners are mediocore at best. The AC was not working when we arrived. Worked for about half of the trip before it stopped cooling the house again. Thankfully there were ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Pool area was not cleaned. The lock on the front door did not work properly for the first 4 days until they finally came and replaced the whole thing. Our contact at the property was great and responded to our needs. Just unfortunate that the hired companies aren't doing their jobs.

Nice house with plenty of room for family and friends, loved the private pool and hot tub. The AC wasn't working well when we were there, hopefully they got that taken care of, but otherwise it was a great stay.

Family Disney Trip

I was super impressed by the house, its location to Disney and all the amenities. We were a family of 11 (6 adults, 5 kids) we had plenty of room that we didn’t feel we were on top of each other. The pool at the house was just the right size for our grandkids and they had a blast. Thank you Jennifer and Loretta, we loved staying at your house and would do it again. We were able to be in touch with our hosts and they were quick to respond and fix what was needed. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a family reunion and stayed in the house for almost 2 weeks. The layout is great for gatherings, and everyone also had their own space. The location is ideal, close to everything. The kitchen had everything we needed, the owners were fantastic to work with, the onsite staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely bring our family back to this house! Excellent experience!

Perfect Home for our Get-a-way trip!

I brought my whole staff to Orlando for a Disney trip. All 18 of us! We loved staying at this home. It was exactly as described and very cozy for a large group. The pool was a great relaxation spot for reviving tired feet and legs after the parks. I would definitely stay here again with a group. Owners were quick to communicate and answer questions.

Beautiful home perfect for a large family with children and in-laws

The house is much more beautiful in person than the photos have shown. It was huge on the inside and was perfect for my family of 9. The kids loved the pool and my in-laws and my dad enjoyed the privacy of their own space. The home was also equipped with toddler friendly dishes/playpen/stroller. My kids are older and we did not need those things. The home was very clean and although there were a few minor hiccups in the beginning, the owner was speedy in accommodating our needs despite the 2 holidays that we stayed there. She was also empathetic to our situation with our flight and allowed us to do a late check out, which helped my family and I immensely! We will be coming back to this home for future vacations.

If you marked this property as a favorite...don't hesitate...BOOK IT NOW!!! This property and its owners are the epitome of what VRBO'ing is all about! The reservation process was easy. The owners are very thorough, accommodating, and helpful with answering all of my questions. The house was beautiful, spacious, and most importantly CLEAN! It's clear the owners take great pride in their property. The kitchen was fully stocked, and there was extra linens & towels! We celebrated my husband's birthday party here and the house easily slept all of our family members who flew in or drove in from out of town. This was extremely important for me because I don't like feeling crowded in an vacation rental...if I want to be crammed in a room, I would simply booked a hotel. Therefore, I feel these owners got it RIGHT! Also, another great thing about this place, the owners will communicate everything you need to know for you arrival, your stay, and your check-out, ahead of time...So please read your emails and messages. Lastly, if there is an issue and you bring it to their attention, they act immediately...this too was a major plus for me! Luckly for us, during our stay we didn't have any major issues but, the minor issue that I did have, which was a bar stool that was wobbly, was fixed immediately. During my check-in walk through, I simply reached out to the owners to let them know about it, we did not need it fixed, nor did we expect to get it fix during our stay but they sent maintenence over within 30 mins!!! All in all, I can write a book about how great my stay was here. This property truly made me & my family feel at home...no one wanted to leave! I look forward to renting from these owners again in the future and wish them great success...they truly understood the "vacation rental" assignment!!!!

My son's birthday trip

We had a GREAT time. The house was nice and clean and spacious. When we first arrived we didn't know that to heat the pool was a fee but it wasn't expensive. Some of the games in the game room could not be played because they weren't plugged up. The grill was free but when we put our burgers on the propane tank went empty. Overall we still had a wonderful time and will be visiting again soon.
