Our top-notch amenities, including stainless steel kitchens, BBQ Grill, Hot Tub, and elegant furnishings, are certain to captivate your senses. Each room boasts its own TV and en suite bathroom.

Our luxurious vacation home is spacious enough to accommodate 10 guests within its 2 floors.

The villa has an open living-dining room, a sleek gourmet kitchen equipped with top-notch appliances, and a serene private patio. This haven is ideal for hosting unforgettable gatherings.

This 4 Suites / 4.5 bath home features a king-size bed on the first floor.

A fabulous master bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom and two other bedrooms with twin-size beds are on the second floor.

Throughout the property, the simple, elegant minimalistic d?cor maximizes all the ambients.

* Main Floor: Bedroom 1 with King Size bed, Bathroom with shower, Living-Dining Room, and a fully-stocked kitchen.

* Upper Floor: Bedroom 2 with a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 2 and 3 with 2 twin-size beds each, 3rd bathroom with soaking tub, and Washer/Dryer Room.

Featured Amenities: Patio with Furniture, Relaxing Hot Tub, 3 Parking Spaces, 5 TVs, Cable TV, Free Wi-Fi, HVAC, Towels & Linen, Fully Equipped Kitchen and Laundry.

Hot Tub Access: Enjoy the hot tub without any additional fees.

Parking Area: Our property provides parking space for up to three cars at no extra cost.

A Pack & Play and a High Chair will be available if you request one day before your arrival.

The resort fee is optional and not mandatory. You can choose to pay it at the clubhouse entrance if you decide to use the amenities.

Please note that the initial credit card information requested during the booking process is solely for website registration purposes. Welfare Vacation Homes will subsequently request your credit card details through our property management system for the actual payment. We have implemented a thorough three-step authorization process to ensure the utmost information security:

1. Submission of Reservation Agreement and Credit Card Information.
2. Submission of a Personal Portrait Holding the Credit Card and ID.
3. Electronic Signatures Verification.

Additionally, we are delighted to offer our valued guests the option of installment payments. The availability of this installment option is determined by the number of full months between the booking and check-in dates.

To receive a refund, any reservation cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show will not qualify for a refund. However, cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will incur only a 4.5% transaction fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date.

If you choose to complete your reservation and make the payment via wire transfer or Zelle, you will not be required to pay the 4.5% cancellation fee.

For the best convenience of our guests, we provide basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential kitchen items like salt, sugar, and pepper for the first days of the stay.

BBQ Grill has an additional cost of $50 for use during the reservation.

The clubhouse amenities have a $100 extra fee, per day, per group. This fee you will pay at the entrance of the clubhouse.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available for an extra charge if the property schedule permits it.

For the safety and security of our guests, our vacation homes are equipped with exterior surveillance cameras strategically placed on the front porch and sides of the property. These cameras are positioned solely for security purposes and do not face any private areas of the home, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.
