Welcome to Phoenix VI 1510, a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo that's the perfect retreat for your dream vacation. Nestled in the heart of Orange Beach, this lovely rental unit invites you to unwind to the melodious sounds of the waves and revel in the stunning views of the white sandy beaches and the vast Gulf of Mexico, right from your private balcony.

The Primary suite is a cozy sanctuary featuring a plush King bed, equipped with a flat-screen TV for your entertainment and a private bath for ultimate convenience. The second bedroom is equally comfortable, offering two inviting Queen beds and a flat-screen TV, ensuring a restful sleep for all guests.

Designed for relaxation and socializing, the living room includes a sofa sleeper, allowing the condo to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Throughout your stay, you'll enjoy the convenience of free WiFi, keeping you connected and entertained.

Dive into relaxation with a choice between the outdoor pool and the indoor heated pool at Phoenix VI, while the children's pool provides a fun and safe space for the younger guests. For a more tranquil experience, unwind in the hot tub or relax in the sauna. The game room offers an additional element of entertainment and challenge. Stay active with a visit to the well-equipped exercise room. The grilling area provides a great setting for outdoor dining, and you can engage in some friendly competition on the lighted tennis courts, basketball court, and racquetball. Additionally, the property caters to eco-friendly guests with 2 electric car charging stations.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Nice condo and location. Despite the plumbing issue, with loud fans blowing the whole week to dry carpet. And maintenance coming into condo several times during our stay. Very accommodating with the unforeseen issue.

We did not stay at this property after the property managing team contacted us. They told us work was going to be done on the balconies the week we were going to be there, They offered us another option at another property that they managed and that is where we stayed, so I can not give a review for this particular unit.

Definitely Recommend this Ocean Front Condo

The condo is on the 15th floor with a great view of the ocean and high so not much pool noise. It was very comfortably furnished. We both loved the beds they were so comfortable. The large balcony had comfortable seating. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, pitcher, knives, etc. The starter kits mean one roll of toilet paper and garbage bag, dishwasher soap and small bottle of liquid soap, so you might want to bring some with you. Close to lots of restaurants, groceries, ice cream shops, etc. The area is very nice... not tired older beach properties. We would definitely return.

Great location and beautiful view of the beach. The condo was clean! The pots and pans need to be replaced. Also, we had trouble getting a parking pass because the system was down so throughout our stay we had to go to the front desk multiple times to check if the system was back up to get a parking pass. This was a hassle as we were trying to enjoy our vacation. We finally got our parking pass the last night of our stay. We wish there was a different solution other than us having to go to the front desk repeatedly.
