We built our home with the intention of providing for the perfect beach getaway, to accommodate whatever your vacation goals! Space for family of four and beautiful memories together. On the water to enjoy surf, sand and fun! Close enough to walk to all the eatery and nightlife options Oceanside can offer. All the amenities you need to enjoy resort-level experience, including private covered/locked parking spot, gyms, clubhouse with game tables including pool, putting green, multiple pools and spa, and coin-op laundry on site.
Our condo is a ground level unit, with direct access from the complex to the beautiful sandy beaches of Oceanside. The home is equipped with toys for the beach (long board surfboard, boogie board, beach chair and beach wagon). We also provide both beach and bath towels. This is a full one bedroom, one bath condo. The bedroom sleeps four, with a queen size bed and bunk twin beds. There is a full kitchen, including oven with electric top stove, large fridge/freezer combo with ice maker, toaster, blender, microwave, and all the utensils you need to make a complete dinner. There is a 4 person dining room table. Two HD TV's in the unit. Private patio with garden view. The unit has one underground parking spot.
This complex offers all amenities of resort living. Multiple full sizes pools, hot tubs, complete gym, propane BBQ grills, putting green and game room with foosball and pool table. The complex is locked for privacy and security, with 24/7 private security force.
Oceanside is a beautiful environment. In our opinion, it has some of the cleanest beaches in San Diego, with terrific surf. Our complex is also an ideal location. Our condo is a garden view, and the complex has direct ocean access. It is off the main strip, so you don't feel or hear the late night crowds, and you can feel secure with your family. That said, we are a 10min walk to the Oceanside Pier, and all the fun Oceanside has to offer.

#Valle restaurant (one of only three Michelin star restaurants in San Diego), reservations are required and be prepared to spend, but it is an incredible experience.
#The Rooftop Bar at the Mission Pacific Beach Resort, offers incredible views and libations with an unmatched environment.
#The "Top Gun House", famous for being included in the original 1986 movie, now home to High-Pie shop, with a replica Tom Cruise Kawasaki motorcycle parked out front (yes, you are allowed to takes selfies on the bike!)
#The Oceanside Harbor, just north of the complex, with options for sport fishing, whale watching, kayak/canoe rentals, and an excellent seafood restaurant scene.
#The intersection of Pier View Way and N Cleveland, which offers the Thursday morning Farmer's Market, and Thursday evening Sunset Market. Additional favorites of ours at this intersection include Amalfi Coast Italian restaurant (with excellent home made pasta), Parlor Doughnuts (*drool emoji*), Toasted Gastrobrunch (brunch is a must while visiting San Diego) and Pier View Coffee Company.
