Great sized house or large groups within walking distance of the beach. Tons of balcony space (with views!) and private areas but also lots of communal gathering areas. While our stay was great, there are a couple of things that might be helpful to know:
1. There is no bathroom on the lower level, and the only bathroom accessible without going through a bedroom is on the 3rd floor. So any guest staying in the lower level bedroom will need to go up to the 3rd to use the bathroom at night.
2. The pool/hot tub is all one system. So there is no way to have a cool temperature pool with a hot temperature jacuzzi. We ran into this issue where turning on the hot tub also means heating up the pool since it's all one system. Given this, it'd be nice to allow guests to turn the system on or off since the pool ended up being too hot to use (90+ degrees) after several hours of having the hot tub on. It made it so that you essentially get one or the other rather than both.
