Lovely property with stunnng view

There was nothing better than getting up in the morning and opening the curtains to a beautiful view of the beach. Having coffeee on the balcony was the perfect beginning to the mornings of our holiday. Any problems i.e the lift not working was rectified in a matter of hours even thought it was on a Sunday! Instructions for everything needed to know was clear and concise. Would defintely stay again and recommend to others.

Beautiful condo with an amazing location

We had such an amazing week in this condo! Ocean front and right across the street from putt putt golf, a great playground, ice cream, Drift coffee shop, and a couple of stores. The condo itself was beautiful and the owners were very responsive. This is actually our second.stay in their exact condo and it won’t be our last!

Amazing for small family!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this listing and host. This condo is perfect for a young family - we took our two year old twins. Beautifully decorated and well appointed with a balcony that is better than sitting on the beach and a well-stocked and convenient beach closet. The location is ideal - right in the center of the island near the pier and walking distance to Drift Coffee and an amazing park and playground. There was an insignificant issue that I mentioned to our host, and she had a maintenance team there within 15 minutes. I will absolutely book again.

Phenomenal Experience and better than expected

We traveled to Ocean Isle for our daughters high school graduation celebration. We cannot say enough good things about this condo and location. The host is amazing and checked in before and throughout our stay to ensure everything was as expected, and it was better than expected. The Ocean Front condo offers great views of the beach, surf, and pier from the 3rd floor location. The location of the condo is incredibly convenient to the main entrance into Ocean Isle. It is next to the pier, and easy walking distance to mini-golf, ice cream and a few local restaurants. We had a wonderful time and almost never needed our car to go anywhere. The condo itself is incredibly clean, updated, and cozy. There are (2) bedrooms on the second level with (2) beds in each and (2) bedrooms on the first level with a King in the primary and a Queen in the guest room. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and other items and offered a great place to cook meals in as needed. The living area was a great place to relax and enjoy some cold air conditioning as a reprieve from the heat of the day. The balcony area offers (2) great seating locations with hightop chairs to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee or catch the cool night breeze off of the ocean. Additionally, their is a first floor storage area with beach chairs, bikes, and other beach items which are very thoughtfully provided by the owners. Overall, this location will be a go to anytime we visit Ocean Isle.

Perfect Beach Spot

We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful, perfect spot for our trip! The owner has done an amazing job with the condo. We had family ranging from 10 to 72, and everyone had a great time. We could walk out to the pool or the beach, and there was a great coffee shop with healthy food options.

Beauty in Paradise!

We 100% recommend this property! The decor is beautifully appointed with modern beach charm. Very spacious for larger families. Chrissy is a delight to work with and has literally thought of EVERYTHING to make her guest feel at home. The location is perfect for shopping, fishing, entertainment, dining, etc. and of course the beach is just steps away! It feels like a private piece of paradise. Enjoy!

My brothers Ken and Dave, their wives Jean and Candace and I checked in on Thursday, April 27th for 7 glorious, relaxing days and nights. We were all invited to our nephew's destination wedding at the Pineapple Beach Club on the 27th. Where the guys are avid golfers, we decided to capitalize on our retirement and make a vacation out of it. This particular condominium is on the penthouse level where the views are sweeping and panoramic. I rented it even before knowing the new owner was in the process of refreshing and redecorating the entire unit. It was an absolute delight, totally comfortable and immaculately clean. There were many pluses...a washing machine and dryer, an elevator, guest parking in very close proximity to our single assigned space, the unit was quiet, no disturbing noise from neighbors, conveniently located to restaurants and supermarkets, a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, a welcome basket with thoughtful nutritious snacks and goodies, salt, pepper, sugar and every conceivable spice in a rack, sponges, paper towels, dish liquid toilet tissue and a conscientious owner who was there when you needed her. The pictures really don't do it justice...you have to be there to smell the salt air, listen to the waves, and feel the sand between your toes. We will return.

It was a beautiful home!! The personal contact was very friendly, responsive, appreciative and reasonable!! We wish there was a bathroom upstairs. The elevator is half the size of a normal one but helps out a lot! Love the beach supply room in the parking area. LOVE # combos for entry into everything. Love being able to text contact person! Nice kitchen, beautiful condo decor!!! Awesome ocean front view!! Patio floor is HOT to bare feet when sun is on it. Contact person was wonderful for local advice and directions for attractions and food!! Would stay here again!!

Everything was as advertised. The condo was spacious and accommodated our family of 7 (5 adults and 2 children) nicely. The owner responded to text questions immediately, was very personable and displayed sincere concern that our vacation was a positive experience. Beautiful condo in a great location!

Our family loved our week staying in this condo! It was very clean and well stocked with amenities. The location is perfect with Breakers right next door, a short walk to the pier and there's mini-golf and a playground right across the street. The ocean views from the balcony are wonderful and my kids enjoyed the direct beach access. We were grateful for the elevator to carry our bags upstairs! Great communication with Teresa. We would definitely stay here again.

My family had an amazing time at this condo. It was spacious and beautiful. The location is wonderful. It is near restaurants, ice cream, shopping and putt-putt. The ocean view is spectacular!! You can see the see the sun rise from the balcony. I would love to return soon!!! AH

The View

Overall the stay was good. We had plenty of room for everyone we had which was 4 adults and 4 teens. The place was as listed. The view is incredible and we spent a lot of time on the balcony. Teresa the owner was super responsive to us and answered all questions. We had a nice time.

Great location to stay with teens and young adults

We picked this spot to be able to walk to various shops and activities. It was nice to be able to let our older children adventure out on their own without all having to drive to shops and restaurants. Beach access was great! I was afraid the east end would be more crowded than the west end where we usually stay but I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t. We had plenty of space on the beach.
