Two rear facing rooms with amazing tranquil views of the marsh, and one with a spectacular view of the ocean. No matter where you are, you will have the ability to slip away and enjoy a picturesque and peaceful lookout! Downstairs, the master is quietly tucked away in the back offering privacy as well as its own bathroom and balcony facing the marsh.

This higher elevated home leaves plenty of space below in the breezeway for relaxing, dining at the picnic table, or playing games. There is also a nice sized yard if anyone is up for a game of corn hole or to kick a ball around!

We know you want to relax without any stops at the store when you get to the island. To get you started we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, soaps, and shampoo/conditioner.
As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
