13- Modern Melrose Oasis-The Music City Collection

About the Space: Large Home with open floor plan and private bedroom spaces. This is a three level townhome with rooftop deck. The first level includes the attached garage, kitchen, dining, living room and powder bath. On the second level you have the primary bedroom with two queen beds and ensuite bath, the laundry room, and another bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath. The third level includes the bonus room and rooftop patio with fireplace, as well as two additional bedrooms with king beds and a hall bath. The living room sofa and sleeper sofa are queen pull out sleepers.

Beds: Two Queen Beds, Three King Beds, Two Fold Down Sleeper Sofas

Baths: Powder Bath on main level, Two En-Suite Full baths on second Level, full hall bath on third level

Parking: Attached two car garage that can fit two small or mid-size vehicles. One additional dedicated parking space is available behind the home. No parking in the shared Driveway.

Communication: 24/7 Guest Support via text for inquiries and urgent emergency issues. Emergencies include Lockout, Busted Pipes, or other Major Issue. For Fire/Police/Medical Emergency call 911 first. General Inquiries are answered M-F 8am-5pm CST during business hours.

Location: This home is located on a quiet street in Trendy Melrose, close to many restaurants, grocery, and attractions. Just a few miles to Broadway and a very quick trip via uber or lyft.

Getting Around: We recommend ride share for exploring downtown as parking is limited and very expensive.

Clean nice house

Great location, beautiful house, terrible communication. We were without HOT water for almost 24 hours. This was a trip for my daughters 21st and all girls and no shower because the water was tooo cold for again almost 24 hours is beyond ridiculous. I messaged called and reported it multiple times tried to reset a lot and at one point they ask if I needed a plumber or an electrician. Ummmm what that’s not my place to firgure that out. I have asked that they compensate am soem if my money back and crickets…

Black Friday with the girls!

This was a great place to stay while my family shopped during the holiday season! Listing is just like it states. Overall great location, clean, and the beds were super comfy! Will definitely stay again!

Great place but non-responsive management

The rooftop fireplace did not work. We were really bummed out as that's one of the biggest reasons we booked the place. Management barely responded the next day and did nothing about it for our whole stay. There was also a hole in the wall in the kitchen. Contacted management but they said nothing about it. Great place and a short Uber to downtown, but would make sure everything is actually working before booking.

Awesome long weekend

We stayed for 3 nights and this house was AMAZING. The beds are all super comfortable. The pillows are perfect. We all slept great. We had a party of 8 and had plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed the outside deck and the HUGE shower in the “master”. It’s a short Uber ride to the airport and Downtown. 10 mins each. We had no issues with our stay and definitely recommend.

Beautiful property in great location

Property was exactly as described. Bedrooms were huge and we loved the high ceilings throughout the entire place. Would definitely recommend for families or groups, except with very young children because of all the stairs.

Great stay for Girls Weekend

This property was perfect for girls weekend and birthday celebration. So close to downtown, easy Uber rides and the house layout was perfect for everyone. The rooftop fireplace and sitting area was a great place for us to relax after a long day Of visiting all the great places on Broadway.

A+++ Home with Amenities Galore

I cannot say enough good things about our stay! As a family of six, with four very busy children ranging in age from 2-13, we found that the property checked all our needs and then some! The highlights were the fully equipped kitchen, second floor laundry, spacious bedrooms, 2-car garage access and entry, prime location to nearly everything, and pristine conditions upon arrival. Truly, I could go on and on. There are a lot of stairs (we didn't mind) and because it is so open, it was definitely a bit echo-y with our four kids running around, but it wasn't bothersome. The host was attentive and kind. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would for sure stay there again and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you!

Great place and Location close to downtown

Overall was an awesome experience only downer was bedroom door wouldn't shut, light in one bathroom was out, an air conditioner unit was in the front yard, and parking was certainly limited and small. We had a good time and hope to come back.

Beautiful home

The property is beautiful and upscale. Rooms are spacious, there are lots of stairs but that just helps to keep you in shape. All amenities are as advertised. You can tell that the house was newly done. It had that new house smell. My only complaint was that all 4 bedrooms didn't have tvs in them. But that was ok too bc we barely watched TV. The shower on the 2nd floor was everything I didn't know I needed. This is the kind of house I would want to purchase. The hostess was really nice whenever I spoke to her on the phone. I would definitely consider staying there again.
