Take the walkway over the dunes to pristine beaches, on the quieter end of Myrtle. Keep fun in the sun going at the huge outdoor pool or on the lazy river. Further amenities include an exercise room, whirlpools, and seasonal on-site dining.
The walkable locale also keeps you close to restaurants and shopping, with golf courses nearby by car. Plus, we’re in the desirable north end of Myrtle Beach (just north of the Golden Mile, just south of Dunes Village), so we’re located between Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing.
LIVING AREAS
Both condos offer inviting living areas, each outfitted with a love seat, a sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV.
KITCHENS & DINING
There is a well-appointed kitchen in each condo that provides a full suite of appliances, ample counter space, and bar seating for two.
At meal time, there is a dining table for six in each condo.
BED & BATH
Both condos sleep 16 guests in six bedrooms and two queen sleeper sofas. All bedrooms include flat-screen TVs.
Both master suites boast a king-size bed and direct access to a beachfront balcony. The ensuite master bathrooms feature double vanities and tub/shower combinations.
Three of the guest bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, while the other holds two full-size bed. Both guest bathrooms have a tub/shower combination.
Professionally-laundered linens and towels provided.
DID WE SAY BALCONIES?
There are 50 feet of beachfront balconies that showcase endless views of the Atlantic. One balcony wraps around the side, so you can sit and watch the sun rise over the crashing waves, then in the evening move your chair to watch the sun set! Plus, one rear bedroom has a private balcony with a view that rivals most other Myrtle Beach properties.

ON-SITE AMENITIES
Enjoy relaxing on-site amenities such as an indoor pool, whirlpools, a community game room, and an exercise room. You’ll also have access to the on-site bar and grill (open seasonally) for a quick snack.
The huge 120-foot Oceanfront Outdoor Pool with 10.5-foot Deep End provides year-round aquatic fun. In summer months, float the lazy river that winds around the Phase 2 building. On the few chilly days, an indoor pool is in the building!

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a private full size washer/dryer in each condo, and unassigned parking for four cars in the community lot. (Please note that parking for RVs and motorcycles is not permitted.) THE LOCATION
Discover walkable dining options like Bonefish Grill (0.5 miles), Lombardo’s Italian Restaurant (0.4 miles), and Mr. Fish Seafood Restaurant or Hook and Barrel (1 mile). Also within a mile: Publix, Food Lion, Fresh Market, full slate of restaurants, banking, Walgreens, and more. Hop in the car for a 3-mile ride to famed Restaurant Row. Or, hop over to the 17 bypass for a 20 mile ride down to world-renowned Murrells Inlet with its Inlet Marsh Walk surrounded by outstanding seafood restaurants.
For all-day shopping, drive 5 miles to Broadway at the Beach, 5 miles to Tanger Outlets, or 7 miles to Barefoot Landing.
MYRTLE BEACH
Never been to the Myrtle Beach area? Myrtle Beach is the center of a series of towns incorporating the Grand Strand. International Airport, golfing paradise (upwards of 80+ courses), mini-golfing paradise, Ripley’s Aquarium, WonderWorks, Hard Rock Café, Water Parks, Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, Alabama Theater, House of Blues, SkyWheel (seasonal), Brookgreen Gardens, The Original Hammock Shop for Pawleys Island Rope Hammocks, Duplin Winery, and a different outstanding seafood restaurant every night (unless you need an Italian/pizza/barbecue break).

In South Carolina, any vehicle displaying a valid Handicap Placard, Purple Heart, Disabled American Veterans or Medal of Honor license tag, or a valid and official handicapped hang tag, may park for free at any public-operated parking meter. If your vehicle displays one of these, then you do not have to pay a municipal parking meter anywhere in SC.
3. Seven Day Visitor Parking Pass for any metered parking
• Cost is $(see site, was $50). Passes cannot be used in decal-only restricted parking. Passes are available from Reef Parking in the Pavilion Parking Garage, 914 North Kings Highway (843-626-7275).

Noise from television, stereo equipment, musical instruments and people should be kept at a minimum at all times and especially during the hours of 11:00 p.m. through 8:00 a.m.

Suggestions for Future Use

The stay went well. There were a few things that we would like to point out and a few suggestions. Bathroom sink didn't drain, Toilet constantly ran if we didn't take the lid off and adjust the button for flushing. There was no extra toilet paper, we had to ask for it. We were only given 1 washcloth per person, which meant lots of laundry, which in turn is more expensive for the owner. Patio furniture needs replaced, very worn and 3-4 of the chairs were broken. We would suggest extra blankets be left for each room in the closets and would also suggest a small shelf with some board games, cards, books etc. We have had this at several other locations and it was nice for the family since we aren't packing that for airline travel. Also, maybe a sheet on the refrigerator with any "house rules", checkout information, etcc. It was a nice place and it did accommodate us well. It was a little misleading not actually being beachfront, we could not see the beach from the patio.

2 amazing properties

There aren't enough words to express how amazing this property is. The balcony is LONG, plenty of room to relax. There were 16 in my party. We had so much space. Everything was clean. The oceanfront view was PERFECT. The condos are literally right next door to each other, away from most everything else, which made it very convenient with 16 people and kids going back and forth. I will be staying here again. :)

Breath Taking Views of the entire coastline.

The 10th floor corner unit with the wrap around balcony provides an unobstructed view of the entire coastline as far as the eye can see. The unit is very spacious with a large foyer and the third bedroom has a double door entrance with access to a second private balcony. Grocery stores were two blocks away and restaurants abound in the area. The Carolina Winds property where the unit is located has great amenities and the most convenient access to the beach. As seasoned beach goers our stay at the Palm Sands corner unit was truly a once in a life time experience.

If you want a centrally located property, this is as good as it gets. The beach was not crowded. It is difficult to find a property that is large enough for a big family. You will have plenty of room. The owner and host are excellent. They will immediately help if you have any problems. It isn't a place that doesn't return your calls or ignores you.

Family Getaway

We came to the beach for the Women Of Joy conference. We had the best time at the Psalm Sands condos @Carolina Winds. Very clean and spacious and the atmosphere was perfect for families. Great pools and hot tubs!

4 Generation family vacation

Having 2 units side by side was so convenient and the views were fabulous. We didn’t feel crowded at all with our group. The only thing I would add is ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We checked in on the heels of a tropical storm and were a little concerned but things cleared up in time for a great July 4th. It was good to actually meet Megan the day after check-in. She had noticed a small thing needing attention and wanted to correct it. We have stayed both farther south and north, but found the location and accommodations to be a great choice. We ran out of time before doing everything on our list, so looking forward to doing it again. All we need now is another scheduling miracle!

The condition of the units was badly aged and in need of serious updating. There is not enough room in a “summary” to list everything, but suffice it to say the pictures in the listing bear no resemblance to the actual conditions we experienced.

Wonderful Stay

Enjoyed staying here. Great location. Look forward to visiting again in future. The restroom bath tub was slow. One wash basin was clogged. The property manager didn't get it fixed in 3 days we were staying. Other than that, we had great time.
