With its pure white glow, the interior of the unit provides a sense of seaside serenity and is reminiscent of the beautiful sand-covered beaches of Marco Island. Boat deck-inspired wooden floors and perfectly placed décor create a feeling of island-style living at its best. Every space is embellished by cozy furnishings and the gleam of the natural sunlight. Even when you’re inside, your permanent backdrop is the palm trees and other tropical plants that lie just outside of your windows, so you are surrounded by paradise.

The bright open kitchen features granite countertops and is filled with all the modern appliances you need to prepare everything from a sit-down family dinner to cocktails to sip on the balcony as you savor the Clam Bay backdrop lined with palm trees.

Once you’re ready to drift away to dreamland, the bedrooms are decorated with all the colors and comforts of the tropics, as well as feature ample closet and drawer space. The master bedroom, in particular, features a television and an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks and a glass-enclosed shower.

This unit comes with all the comforts and conveniences you could ever want, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer.

You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella for that short drive to the white powdery sands, turquoise water, mesmerizing sunsets, and endless activities of the Paradise Coast.
