Anchored by a saltwater pool and spa, the enclosed lanai offers a breezy spot for all-day outdoor leisure with highlights including, an outdoor sofa, chairs, dining table, a mounted smart TV, and a built-in gas grill equipped with a sink and counter prep space. A wall-to-wall slider seamlessly connects the lanai and the living room for the perfect balance of indoor/outdoor living. Work-from-home needs can be met in the dedicated home office and high-speed WiFi ensures fast, reliable connectivity throughout the house. The chef's kitchen is equipped to inspire gourmet creations with deluxe features including a double oven, and a full pantry of kitchen accessories, including a crockpot, an air fryer, a coffee maker, and a blender.

This spacious home has comfortable furnishings, bed linens, towels, a 75-inch smart TV, a dining area, and a well-equipped full kitchen. You can take in the ambiance of the surroundings from the large lanai. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance.

Beautiful Marco Island beach is a short 2.5 miles. The Marco Island Famer's Market, a variety of local restaurants, breweries, gas, and groceries can be found just a mile away.

Tahitian Breeze has air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and free WiFi as well to meet all your modern home needs.

Things to Know
The pool heat must be requested 48 hrs prior to arrival for the cost of $32 per day. Failure to request 48 hrs early could cause delays in pool heating.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
