Nice house, some maintenence needed
The house itself was nice, but had some quirks. It was nice to be able to park right next to the door. The issues were some lack of communication with the owner. Booked over a month early and never received a response abt there not being any air fresheners as I have major breathing issues.I had to ask again the day before we left. We received a list of rules wirh a notice that the fireplace was not working a week prior. Then the day of arrival we received an email that the dishwasher wasn't working. It was a short stay and we really weren't going to use many dishes. However, there were no paper towels or dish towels for washing and drying. The first night we tried to use the jetted tub but couldnt get it to work. I messaged the owner asking if there was a trick orsomething we were missing. I did get a response a couple hours later to hold button down a little longer. The next day we tried it again and it did not work. I messaged the owner again and did not get any response. Probably because it was our last night there (2 day stay). I get things happen and i was very understanding abt the dishwasher but at the very least an apology couldve been given. amenities listed that were not working. I paid a decent amount to stay there for these amenities.
