„This was a great place for a quick trip. The buildings are dated but tge rooms have been updated. You are close to all the Blue Ridge areas/cities. As for safety, the hotel has upgraded to electric locks, in case anyone is worried about safety.“

„I booked the lodge for a romantic getaway and lived up to every expectation. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. We arrived early and Victoria checked us in without hesitation. „Große saubere Zimmer, Großes Bad mit Föhn. Frühstück ganz gut für amerikanische Verhältnisse. Also alles da was man braucht zu einem guten Preis. Nachteilig ist die Nähe zur Bahnlinie. Die Züge sind auch in den sehr frühen Morgenstunden gut zu hören“

„First, the walls are paper thin. You can literally hear what people are talking about or if they cough. Our neighbor had about 6 alarms going off throughout the night and that’s after we listened to their kids screaming and running around for a few hours. I’m not exaggerating. Quiet hours are 11-8 or something but I’m sure no one expects that a neighbor can even hear their cough and alarms. That’s just ridiculous and speaks to the walls, not the neighbors.
