Inviting and peaceful one story home on the 13th fairway at Cortez golf course in the beautiful gated Hot Springs Village famous golf course and family vacationing destination, 9 courses for the avid golfer and 11 lakes for the enthusiastic fisherman with boat rentals available at the 2 marinas in the village, cozy home with walls of windows to relax and enjoy a fabulous outdoor living area with fun happy hours and watch the birds in the woods or the wildlife roaming the golf course, and yard games for a fun activity while enjoying the peaceful backyard. Great chef's kitchen fully stocked, All bedrooms have TV's with cable and a large Smart TV is in a dedicated TV room so bring your codes for netflex, amazon, hulu and etc ,antenna for local channels, split bedrooms for privacy, jacuzzi tub in bathroom to help relax those muscles after a long day with the outdoor activities, gas and charcoal grills available for use,. (bring your charcoal) 8 mins to indoor pool and fitness center. Guest Access to golf, trails for biking, hiking. Best Vacation Home!

We were pleasantly surprised with the property. It is a very well appointed home with ample spaces. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, big fridge w/freezer, oven, microwave, cooktop, choice of coffee makers and more! Bed was very comply. All in all a great relaxing place!

We loved this property so much. The backyard is right on the 13th fairway and we were able to watch our family members golf. The inside of the home is immaculate. The beds were comfy. We will definitely book this house again the next time we are in town.

Hot Springs Village Trip

This was our first trip to Hot Springs Village. This property was very clean on a quiet street with a view of the 13th hole on the Cortez Golf Course. Impressive area with beautiful lakes and pristine golf courses. The VRBO process was seamless and our host checked on us periodically via text message to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I give this one 5 stars.

Couples getaway

Upon the initial entrance, my wife said, "I don't want to go home & can we buy this place?" The home is located in a very quiet area even though on a golf course. The home is immaculate, well appointed, kitchen was well stocked, the outside living area was perfect for relaxation and the communication with Gail was spot on. I had the privilege of actually meeting Larry & Gail and they are very much entuned that their guests are well taken care of. The welcome package is very generous & most appreciated. We can't wait to make a return trip. This was our second visit and Gail made sure to provide us with any information we inquired in relation to favorite restaurants and golf. Their home is perfect for couples (1 or more) and small families. This rental has been one of the best we have ever experienced.

Feels like Home

Wow! I’ve stayed at numerous abnb properties in varies states, and this one was absolutely one of the best! Y’all thought of everything. From having ziplock baggies to the nice basket full of goodies! Oh, and the chilled wine was a nice surprise! The detail with the decorations were so nice and made us all feel like home. The outside deck was great, but wished it was covered. The only other suggestion we would have would be the wi-fi coverage. We were not able to call out while on the property. Even with going outside. Overall, it was excellent and we would stay again.

Terrific Golf Hideaway

We loved staying at this home on the 13th fairway of Cortez GC. Great back porch, quiet and beautiful. The home was perfect and we enjoyed playing golf and watching other golfers while we rested on the back porch. Great place to stay.
